He means that karma hasn't stopped/cursed those elite figures behind most of the misery in the world. So why would karma come after him. Thus he doesn't believe in karma and thinks it's bs. Also it's "Ain't no motherfucking way, *it* can ever do shit to me". The "it" in that sentence is referring to karma.
