Can you please guide me in regard of "Proof of Funds"? My Case: I am married to a Canadian citizen (my cousin) but she hasn't any job there and here in Pakistan as well I am in a govt service and we have a baby girl we are applying for family class but as a principal applicant the CIC is asking about "proof of funds" e.g how my wife will support me there in Canada when we immigrate... what should I do I am really confused

brother i have learnt alot... in fact all of what I needed... never saw such blessing videos... whenever there comes a question in my mind you solve it next no out the topic things and much much informative I am applying "family class" learnt all from your videos even I visited many people and places but no one gave me any such info that helped me and I found your videos such a great fan of yours would love to meet you when we couple get our PR there

Dear sir I submitted my PR application 24 November 2022 On line new portal after two months my application return because one form signature missing. I check my PR account show all form and documents showing complete only one form incomplete. Thanks for the video Suyash. I have a question - In my case, my wife is the applicant (outland) and I am the sponsor (in Canada). She created the PR portal account using her email as instructed. But on this form, for the ‘Do you want us to contact you using the email address used for this account’, she selected ‘Yes’. In IMM 5476 we’ve put my email since I’m her representative, but we missed this part in IMM 0008. And we submitted her application already. Best guess, do you know what will happen now? How much of an issue would this be? Any thoughts? Thanks.

best guess, I don’t think it should be a big issue as you have already submitted all the required forms with the necessary information

Hello, Thanks for your videos they are very helpful. But i have a question. My wife is residing with us(the in laws house in india), but her passport has the parental address in another city. What residential address should we use? The one on passport or the current in laws address? (Also thinking that the proof of relation would mention her as living with in laws) We dont want to change the address on passport as the appointments are taking very long. So we did pcc on parental address. Any suggestions in this case?

you can use the residential address as the in laws address. you can explain in a letter the different addresses its not a big deal. i did the same thing. you dont need to update the passport. If it helps, get the aadhar card updated to the in laws address, that will work as proof for residential address. That’s what my wife did too. it took 3 days for aadhar card address change then. should be a quick process

As i know of my knowledge email id is required for receiving the AOR and biometric details.. So could you please help/guide me as to what i should do next? Thanks..

in that case, she can show bank account with enough funds for at least six months. In addition, you guys can show joint accounts (even if the account is being managed by the principal applicant), that can be easily accessed by both and have sufficient funds in them.

Yes this is a very recent update to the portal. apparently, it is allowing only 10 files per category. For now, Best i can think of is to upload 10 photos under one category and 10 under other. or you can combine photos into groups of 4 or 5 documents( 4-5 photos combined into one pdf) and upload under one category.

Hi Bro i have one question... My wife applied in TR to PR program, but still we are waiting for result, b/w this period we get married, and she informed to IRCC regarding our marriage. In last December IRCC asked my all my documents under spouse sponsership PR category. We sent all documents. But still she is waiting for PR. Now Can we apply under SOWP. I'm in Dubai now.

The stamped passport is always delivered to the principal applicant at the residential address

Do bride address on her id proof to be change as per husbands id proof address

Hi! I am confused on contact information regarding current and residential address. I am currently working in manila- where i lived is not my permanent address coz we’re just renting. All addresses in my id is provincial address. Does it conflict to my application?

For the scenario where Spouse is acting as representative and PA is applicant , i understood the address part, but what about the question no. 3 & 4 , Telephone number and alternative telephone number ? what about No. 6, whose email id to give here.. the forms are sp very confusing. I really hope they process it properly

Don’t worry about telephone. email address will be of the sponsor if they are representative else it will be PA’s

@@HitSubmitCanada please tell which scenario is better ? 1) Spouse act as representative 2) No representative atall. My spouse also wants to be present during the interview process. Please advice. Like what are the pros and cons if its ok to ask. Thanks for replying :) Also i have quarrey about photo uploading. is it strictly 20 photoes ? and should I put name of the people appearing in each photo description and write what is happening in lil longer sentence or just ?its haldi.... its mehendi..., can we show application to a lawyer and ask if all application is ok while wife act as representative ? just to know that if every thing put is ok or not.
