The entire UN's agenda is woke. It's on purpose. All these "state of the world" phases are already outline in the document titled "Rockefeller Foundation Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development" from 2010, described as "potential scenarios" for the world. They all come about, just with different dates and different countries at times.
