honestly? i really impressed by Red 13's voice actor cuz the switch in vocal ranges is very good. and glad he gets to be himself more since he is technically the same age as Yuffie. cuz fun fact, back in the day, there was a headcanon going around of Red's voice sounding young once you go to his village so the fact that theory became true makes me happy.

I tried to get Tifa all game by following guides, doing all the 3 star dialogue choices and doing side quests. And still got Red 13 knocking on my door bruh he was a good boi tho but after you beat the game you can do ch selection and in the extra settings choose whoever you want for the intimate scene if you have enough bond.

If they had Cloud kiss Tifa here, wonder how they’ll handle the other scene near the end of the game from the original.

But, Square really worked their magic with Aerith’s. I think it is, without a doubt the best written, and somehow the most romantic even without a kiss.

@@marleesha4017 LOL yeah, but I think putting it that way kinda downplays the moment, which was honestly pretty romantic in its own right. I could honestly write an essay about why Cloud’s kiss was so cold and stiff, but it really just comes down to him taking on the “hero” persona, and wanting Tifa to be his damsel in distress. Which is why I think the Aerith date is so special because she sees right through him and wants Cloud to just be himself. So him taking her hand off his arm and choosing to hold it instead was the first step to that and it’s just peak writing🤌

Aerith’s date was the best omg

I just love how the dates show where Cloud's heart really is. Tifa and him are so adorably awkward in a lot of it but Tifa barely gives him the greenlight and he's all over her. Aerith pouring her heart out about how he reminds her of her dead boyfriend but ends it with 'oh nvm that though I wanna be with you', Cloud is like errr did Tifa tell you he was dead? She lies like NOPE anyway, can I please hold onto for a little longer? He pulls her off his arm and just holds her hand XD I think we know who Cloud really wants. But don't worry about Aerith, she'll have Zack when all this is said and done. He's the one she really wants anyway.

​@@fadlanfadilah1171 ***SPOILERS*** To be clear, they both lied but Tifa had a very good reason to. Cloud's recollection of how Zack died is wrong. She knows that, she knows he didn't die that day. Cloud's memories are all over the place. I think that's the reason she wanted to tell Aerith is so Cloud wouldn't accidentally cause her grief saying he remembered what happened to him when he doesn't. Meanwhile Aerith has the information that Zack and Cloud were friends, she writes NPTK after this conversation. Then she's on this gondola telling Cloud EVERY time she looks at him, she sees Zack, oh but I wanna be with you now. She knows Cloud just remembered Zack and he were good friends. He gets uncomfortable which is why he asks her if Tifa talked to him cuz he doesn't know what to do. She lies and says no, he is clearly conflicted in that moment. Then she chooses that opportunity to gain some sympathy out of him, holding onto him and asking for him to just let her hold onto him until the ride ends. He pulls her off of his arm but he holds her hand to comfort her. You wanted clarity, there ya go lol. Sorry understanding the story aka being a CloTi is so triggering for you. He's not getting with Zack's girlfriend, ever.

yeah especially with how aerith kept talking about zack.. cloud looked uninterested and seemed to be there for comfort bc he knows zack died. at the end of the date he even says it was nothing special which if that were me, would hurt my feelings a lot.
