I've said it before and I'll say it again, she is the greatest casting decision Marvel has ever made. She embodies the character, and brings so much enthusiasm to the cinematic universe.

I honestly know very little about her outside of her camera time. This interview surprised me with how incredibly intelligent, well-spoke, and yet down-to-earth at the same time. I always feel for those younger stars that have to do the press junket because the skills vary greatly from those they've cultivated for acting in front of a camera. I was a fan of Ms. Marvel. Now I'm a fan of Iman.

A large swath of MCU fans are only familiar with superheroes that had cartoons in the 90s. Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Photon: they're essentially unknown outside of comic book readers, and now they're in a major motion picture. People don't know if they're supposed to like it or not.

@@sratus Mental? Have you paid ANY attention to what Hollywood or any celebrity status does to people over the years who push themselves to appease their overlords and family demands? (Shitty overlords and family at least) Without a good and healthy self reflection and a trustworthy support system during it all, people like her get mentally fucked up. Manipulated, abused and pressured to run themselves ragged. Drugs and drinking problems. We all know the standard. She's old enough she should be smarter about it all, but young enough to feel she's invincible and make bad calls trusting the wrong people. I just hope she doesn't get dragged down that path and the good far outweighs the bad.

Great as Kamala? She is Kamala.

How does anyone not like her? She's adorably nerdy, has a huge personality, and is actually talented.

Just thrilled for her that the strikes ended in time for her to be able to do the press tours. She's such a delight and so clearly _ecstatic_ to be involved in this world she genuinely loves. Hope I get to keep hearing her name come up for years to come!

Love or hate the movie, you have to admit this girl is an absolute treasure to the industry. I was so glad to see she is getting love and not hate in these comments.

She is very well spoken, engaging and charismatic. This young lady is going places. She understands and knows how to capture the audience's attention with a detailed story but also learned how to keep it short and sweet.

She is literally the only reason why I went to see the marvels. She makes the mcu a whole lot better, and I'm so happy that she is living out her dream.

She's so funny, both as herself and as Kamala. She was the light of the The Marvels movie and her series is amazing, kinda sad she came to the MCU so late. Can't wait for her and Hailee Steinfeld to act together in the coming movies, it's gonna be perfect and very hilarious.

Yep your 100% right, she even had to correct Kevin Fiege on the lore, give her say in the writing she knows way more than the directors and show runners.

She is SOO delightful! You can see the joy Seth has having her on the show because she is such a naturally wonderful guest.

Sarah Finn never misses but it’s incredible she found the actual Ms. Marvel to star in Ms. Marvel.

The movie is good fun. All of the leading ladies and supporting cast are just vibing out and having a good time. Felt good to watch a Marvel movie and not worry about crazy high stakes or intense time reversing/traveling.

Iman is so great! I hope she stays in the MCU for a long time, but I also hope she gets to do fun things that she would eventually like to do outside the MCU.

I can't get over how gorgeous she looks and she's such a genuinely funny person, although you could tell she was nervous she was so poised and charismatic. This girl is a star.

No matter what one thinks about the MCU right now, one can’t deny the passion of Iman towards her career. If you’re not getting giddy about the projects you’re involved in, then it’s lacking something. I’d be very open to more of her input considering her extensive knowledge of the source materials

Most of the marvel shows were to set up the next phase, they were meant to be only one season. The only exception is Loki because he’s pretty much dead in the MCU. The “what if” show is the only one that is guaranteed to have multiple seasons.

Wish more people will see the movie. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The lack of theater attendance is killing this branch of the MCU.
