Materials :
6 eggplants

For the mortar:
2 red capia peppers
3 green peppers
3 tomatoes
5 small onions
4 cloves of garlic
Half a bunch of parsley
1 finger more oil than half a glass of water
2 cups of hot water
5-6 drops of lemon juice
4 sugar cubes
3 teaspoons ground rock salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
