She may not be able to do that key, and that’s perfectly fine! However her power and control is AMAZING. She’s fine. You can change key to suit your own voice. There’s tons of karaoke in lower or higher key. Ariana Grande & Adele have completely different ranges, while they’re still great at what they do, when they do certain covers they will have to adjust, that is normal.
