something I struggle with being pretty much recovered is feeling bad for the stress and sleepless nights I put my dad through who would do anything to get me better but there was no answer except me deciding too! Bless him

For an upload day I feel like all the fitness influences do a Sunday eg, matt does fitness, Joe fazor, Nutty and Lucy sometimes. Then the rest of the week there's none. So personally I think you should upload on a week day, but you do you and I'll watch no matter what! ✨
Congratulations on your way back to the healthiest version of you. You still seem to train ALOT so how did you differentiate disordered or excessive exercise to what you do now ? How did you handle the hunger pains ? No hate just curious. Thank you for sharing your story.

Good for you to keep up with recovery. I prefer the term Tabitha Farrar uses instead of binge eating-she calls it feast eating and that it's an evolutionarily preserved normal human response to long term starvation. It's not another eating disorder if you are in recovery from a restrictive eating disorder. But lots of people think they have BED.
Hey! I just wanted to tell you that you have been a big help for me since I started recovery! Thank you!! :))my question is, is it normal when you start to eat more, I mean when you start to gain weight, is it normal to be bloated? And does it take long that the weight you put on on your stomach goes to your legs, arms and other bodyparts? Sorry for my English I’m not from the UK or US😅

yes! Bloating is so normal in recovery as your stomach gets used to normal-sized meals and different foods. And weight does tend to stick around your organs at first and then redistribute across your body more evenly, but it may take a couple of months so just be patient and hang in there!
