ILS Approach YPDN Rwy 29

Hi I'm Trent a flight examiner based in Darwin. Join me as I depart Bathurst Island in the Northern Territory in a B58 Baron to Darwin, taking you through the process including demonstrating an ILS approach onto runway 29.

    Nice work - I flew for many years all steam gauges. I always used 5 x ground speed on a standard 3% ILS gives the right descent profile

    Trent this is absolutely perfect. Was going to suggest perhaps you could do a couple of videos/podcasts stepping through all aspects of different IFR flight elements to make the progress through IR training a little easier. Having a real-world example of a CTAF departure then rapid entry into CTA and an ILS approach using raw data is awesome. Your example of managing the workflow and comms is an awesome refresher/guide. Please more content like this 😊 Just simple practical examples of IFR flight management/practice for areas which can take a little time to get on top of during training. Keep up the brilliant work 👍👍👍
