At the end of the video it says 2013. There's also a spoken reference to a paper with date 2013 so he could be referring to 2012. Also the chunkiness of the the macbooks and monitors in the audience, show it to be more likely to be pre-2015 when Macbook Air still wasn't widely used. Certainly it's unusual to post up these videos 9 years after the event.
