I agree, but also, why play rein when arguably he is the worst tank in overwatch 2 in its current state. Sure, you got the occasional earth shatter or pins. But for most of the match rein is bullied hard 😅

I was playing tank and complaining about Illari. But then my teammates said it's a skill issue on my part, and that I should be able to destroy the pylon, especially since the beams show you where it's at. Do they have a point? They also said she has a low pick rate for a reason.

Makes you wonder how tf do they allow a support to deal more damage then a blade

I think it’s exaggeration for content purposes, but also to reinforce the absurdity of the chatter’s statement. It’s always been a human thing to become hyperbolic when someone says something so devoid of logic or hell, simply something you starkly disagree with, but in this case I suppose it is a bit of both. Aside from the tone, Sam listed off like 3 reasons why the hero was busted (Being played on weak maps, being tested by pros, same comp multiple games in a row etc.), so I’m sure he had multiple things to counter that point which resulted in the outburst LOL. Still, I get what you mean, but I don’t think this sort of reaction was unjustified given the circumstances of the interaction and the stuff I mentioned before !

Pylon is way too op. It needs to break after some time and definitely not be infinite. It should also not be able to go places where you literally cant shoot it with some heroes. Playing against the buffed 125 hp infine pylon is so bad and annoying.

OW devs seem to need to make every mistake possible to learn anything, and then they forget what they learned six months later.

Sam you just need a break from OW. You’re NOT wrong about your critiques but it honestly pains me to hear you so frustrated. Regardless Keep on keeping on!

Illari's turret feels like a mini bap immortality, in the sense that you have to stop what you're doing, focus entirely on the deployable before you can start shooting at the players again. (Also please for the love of god nerf doomfist, the hero is either you get stomped as your team didn't swap to play around their doom or you lose, no hero should have that level of CC on a 4 second CD (that resets if they get charge from their block or ult) with the best mobility in the game)

Never played brig meta, but illari seems much worse. Not only you can't oneshot it with a rocket or virus anymore, but it ALSO heals her team much better which makes them nigh unkillable and requires anti or overwhelming damage from heroes like pharah. FFS, i'm a pharah player and i do NOT want that to be meta. It's fun for me to duel with birds, but nobody except for us two is having fun in the game. This is NOT good, and after sojourn giga nerf i think they will just nuke pharah down in everything instead of making her less a spambot and more a dive character.

I love Illari but buffing something that's already hard to get rid of is pretty damn stupid And why is her ultimate better than half the DPS? 😂

Unfortunantly overwatch will always have broken comp. No getting away from it I guess to save overwatch they need to implement hero bans
