In case of Show kitchen ,i agree with what vishnu said .its has just become a part of luxury , simply wasting an area without utilising properly .if there is such a plan ,reduce the area of show kitchen..and maximise the area of working kitchen... moreover the ladies have to walk more distance to serve the food cooked from working kitchen to the dining table ...and No problem if working kitchen is messy!!show kitchen should be well maintained..i dont agree with that concept..

You said correct. What is the fucking concept called " show kitchen"?? Is it a museum?? Kitchen is for cooking. One house should have only one kitchen. As you said that space can use fpr other portions. Kitchen need a store room to store grocery items

I fell into the trap of Arun last year, signed the contract, and after eight months of paying the initial amount (5 lakhs), not even a single grass was cut in my plot. Finally, I canceled the agreement in May. I am still waiting for the money and have had no phone, email, or chat response. For anyone inspired by the work, please investigate and do proper background check before starting the contract. I'm not from a fake profile. I can attach copies of the agreement, cancellation document, and cheque, which has bounced. Not to name and shame anyone but more to ensure our money, time, and dreams are not wasted by specific careless individuals who make us believe by giving false promises.

First of all we thank Mr VISHNU and his team for this wonderful video. definetly we do interiors for making each homes beautiful, space utilizations and mood creations. we try our maximum with new designs and products to make it the best. golden epoxy is a special product we apply on top of normal epoxy. the golden lines on black colour tiles on some shades it looks beautiful. courtyard as you know sir its a common for all new homes which makes its feel lushy, cozy.. etc

Everything looks good but the big issue now a days is that people dumbing hell lots of Spot lights LED lights and doing false ceiling I would say its the sales gimmicks of this interior designers / contractors I am sure they dont even calculate the flux level but just put N number of spot lights. On a long run imagine these lights will be damaged specially now a days its cheap Chinese brands Many interior designers think dumbing many decorative spot lights and strip lights means its good design, they should understand what is elegant design. Their are amazing elegant light fixtures which is good in flux level and which creates great look to the room.

How much is the total cost?

First of all we thank Mr VISHNU and his team for this wonderful video. sir on the video i told about this project only . if u can contact any nursery u may come to know the prices of plants and trees we had here. here are some examples i can say. plumeria, travellers palm, foxail palm, colocasea, figs, kalathia, heliconia, gulmohar, giant colocasia grass, spider lilly, china doll etc.. all together it cost around 50k. and then dripping ... i dont think we can make it anything beow 50k

Coconut is native to Kerala. Cut it and then plant areca. Destroy the nature in every way possible. I feel house with this much area can be built even without cutting all the trees. I have seen a house built under the ambit of 2 old mango trees. They didn't cut it.
