This was really planned. The jet engine at the tail section was to be a Heinkel HeS 011 one, but they didn't get it to really work before the war ended.

Wow. I love it! I miss flying the Do335

Wonderful...the rear engine layout dictates a certain resemblance with the Boeing 727 or Lockheed Tristar

I'm crying. I waiting for this plane for two years and finally got it! And my windows gets broken.

I don't think so...The Ryan Fireball didn't . Hell I don't think they would have run both in combat

why did explote/destroy your first engine? In was only at 60% of throttle omg....

Survivalist As an expert of Luftwaffe aircraft, I can tell you that it's not the real designation for the real variant. The Do535 had a jet engine in the tail, and that is what this is. The 435 was a two-seat night fighter, and the 635 was a twin-fuselage fighter. Hope that clears it up.
