@@realestatetutoress Gotta question do IL use 360 day method or 365 day method when it comes to Prorations and where can I go to get more practice with real estate math calculations?

@@lamarfields6796 Illinois uses 360 day method, except if they specify otherwise in the question. Do you have a textbook? Your textbook will have some practice questions that you can do, and your school might have some as well for you. Each school is different so check to see what they have. If they don't have any, let me know
