warthunder is arcade even when so called "simulation" is on. This is real sim.

After having tried the Tiger in "Tank Crew", bye bye War Thunder. So much fun, real fights at 2+ km range...

are there many players online as tankers?

In the description your asking what tank you ok first one was a t34 and German one is is a panzer mark 3 or 4 if a mark 3 its the long barrel one

Strikefighter04 04 panzer 3 has 6 road wheels in each side and panzer 4 has 8 in each side

I think you have to buy the Tank Crew Add on first, sorry to give you bad news it does look worth it though

+wntrmte. I skipped recording it but one of the Stukas was shot down by a LaGG' pilot.

A Pk III rolling around brewing up T-34s. This is a crock.

Loved how the drivers hatch opened (0:20).....lol! Hope this game is devoid of the "Russian bias" encountered by WOT's..........graphics and sounds make it super realistic....hope there are armoured cars like the sdkfz 223 and the Stug, etc. Also wonder: Can a player call on artillary /aerial support? Can one also place PzGrenadier troops on your tank to protect it from other tanks/infantry, etc?

+tonylloyd39 right now there are downloadable tank missions (check official il2 forums) and you can join multiplayer servers with tanks (not all have them enabled).

do you usometime see big battles going on, on the ground or not ?

dhillr Alright, I was thinking of buying the game....What pisses me off though its how ...LONELY it looks, the ground should be littered with armies, a sign that armies went by and fought, tank carcass, especially in stalingrad. but I guess it would take a lot of time to do that.

+HoboTango there wasnt really huge encounters between tanks in WW2. It was only like one or two Tiger VS 6 Shermans or one or two Panther sVS 10 T34s

Patrik Ravolainen Hey Patrick, Iv studied World War 2 for over 20 years now, and let me tell you one thing : What you are saying is pure Hollywood myths. A single T-34/76 or Sherman can destroy a Tiger at close range. You are correct in saying that there was no huge encounter between tanks though as tanks were not made to fight other tanks. But the part about several Shermans against one or two Tiger, or One or two German tanks against 10 T-34 is wrong.

Well i didnt say that Sherman M4A2/76 or T-34/76 couldnt pen tiger1s frontal armour, but my point was there wasnt huge encounters between tanks and the point was that Allies had allready HUGELY outnumbered german tanks in 1943.

What graphics settings do you play at and what are your system specs? Your game runs way smoother than mine

For me, i think this game is higher quality than war thunder

In rial pz-3 did not pierce the t-34 in the forehead))))
