saddest part is why everybody is so concerned about respect in the society. This is key reason most of the IAS officer become highly complacent after cracking civil services and hardly take good initiatives to change people's life. The day when people believing that UPSC is just a mean to serve that society , we ll start witnessing massive change at ground level.

मैंने इंजीनियरिंग की फिर प्राइवेट सेक्टर में काम किया 2 साल फिर मैं उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार के सरकारी स्कूल में टीचर बन गया और अब मुझे 65000 सैलेरी मिलती है 4 घण्टे काम करने के कोई टारगेट नही कुछ नही। इतना सुकून है कि आप कल्पना भी नही कर सकते। इसलिए govt जॉब का कोई मुकाबला नही है

Not true, even in cities people prefer government jobs. IT jobs is just like a safety net. Agar government job na mile toh IT mei jao. This is the mindset i mostly found in cities.

See my current age is 28 I’ve graduated from IITB and I work in a reputable Mnc, basically it’s like if you get into a govt job you will get respect I agree but uk at end of the day money matters for me it’s like money is everything govt job is like a lock in, you don’t have a growth mindset u just settle and no challenges so it’s like more money better opportunities and get out of this country that’s all

Jay Hind Sir. The best part of your videos is you tell both sides of a coin unbiasedly. Society pressure is one of the biggest factor affecting our life. I am also from IIT and working in a good private company. But when I tell this to my friends, family and teachers, all of them, their expression change suddenly as if I am doing something wrong. I know that ideally it should not affect us but practically it is very tough to ignore all people specially those who are very close to you. Khi na khi it hurts me and I loose motivation and feel frustrated.

Logo ko dikhane ke liye maat kuch karo... Do whatever you like to do.... Government less salary.... Transfer problems... Private job- Unlimited salary (Depend upon performance). Stable life style no transfer problems. Job change option ( if you want to switch job).

True..........its work for a paycheck and pension. And corruption as well as obstruction.

Having studied in India and getting several degrees from premier institutes in the US and UK, my life experience tells me that degrees and institutions don't matter. Implementation and execution do. What many people don't understand is that an institution is only as good as the understanding it gives a professional about the subject, its execution, and one's responsibilities as a professional. Even the best institutes in India, like IITs, IIITs, AIIMS/PGI, IIS are fairly mediocre or sometimes below par when compared to international institutes. Graduates from these places need an additional 2 to 4 years of training (advanced as well as professional) before they can become competent at their jobs. This they acquire in institutes outside India, and not within. This applies even to senior scientists and most high-level administrative officers (government servants or "public servants").

Sab log status , Power, fame and Money ke liye hi IAS me aate hai, aur is baat me koi shak nhi ke IAS ki respect aur status alag hi level ka hota hai , your life completely changed after you become IAS. Society hamesh paisa aur position walo ko hi respect deti hai , ye reality hai , koi bhi average income earn karne waale ko ladki nhi deta chaahe ladki job karti ho aur accha kamati ho , usse Kam salary aur status waale se kabhi shaadi nhi karegi.
