Hi, another good video mate. My igel order came yesterday and I worked something out that will blow your mind. If you take the outer plastic off your 2.5 SSD drive, inside you will find a smaller drive (it's the same size as the one inside the igel). No extension cables needed. Obviously it voids the warranty on a new drive but if you have an old one about it's perfect! Should work on most thin clients out there too. Most plastic 2.5" ssd covers just pop apart but Kingston's have screws. Hope that helps you out.

Pretty good idea , I wanted to keep the drive intact just in case I needed it for something else ....I msy do that with second client i have ..thanks for tip

Did you try to power up 2.5 hdd from it?

Does the M350C have SATA?

Only one ..but if you use it you will loose the front io panel ..if you not bothered about the front usb 3 or audio then you could use it

@@cyberjack does that one SATA connector the goes to the front i/o actually work for a SATA drive? I was thinking of getting power from the J6 USB connector (white one, supposed to be used for the card reader) using dupont jumper wires soldered to a SATA power connector, and that way have two disks inside of the case.

Mein Gott ! , nimm die SSD aus dem Gehäuse und steck sie einfach direkt drauf kein Kabel kein Gewurschtel ! die Gehäuse gehen meistens mit einem Messer auf und man kann das auch wieder zurück bauen ... also das ist die letzte art wie ich das Lösen würde .
