Your right my blood but you and I have a job to do spread the message preach it to our people, ask our friends and family members to join his channel and one other one called Igbo history on Facebook and Twitter Because the worst thing that can happen to us as a people is to allow Nigeria to divide us and denied us our true identity our ancestors will forever be unhappy to up and doors of success will close before us So we have to raise up and preach to message everywhere we find our people that's the only way out

I appreciate what you guys are doing in this Igbo unity project. It breaks my heart that Igbos have been seperated in the name of State creation. Why should any Igbo community be in Kogi? What are they doing in Kogi? Put under Igala oppression. May I also suggest that you guys visit the Igbos of lower Benue. There are over 300 Igbo vilages in lower Benue that should be Ebonyi, but were carved into Benue State. They are called the Umueze-Okohia people

It was a strategy of divide and conquer carved out by the British who had used the same on the Fulanis to rule the north. Gowon and the Fulanis must be smiling now for a job well done in 1967. The purpose of state creation was exactly for this same reason. Divide and conquer the Igbos. Is it not true that the Igbos are the largest ethnic group in Nigeria?

One thing people need to understand is that some of these states and geopolitical zones where not created based on ethnicity alone, state creation was also influenced by geographical factors and also distinct communities with similar political interest. Zones/State creation in Nigeria is Geopolitical, that's why u here things like south-south even though south-south is not a cardinal point in geography, but it is recognised politically because it is used to identify a region of people with similar political interest. Rivers state for example is carved out of a bunch of different ethnic groups, similar to delta state and some other states around the country. The problem is most of u people do not understand what 'geopolitics' is that is why u act surprise when u see something like this. People of igbo decent in Rivers state are not denying there heritage, similarly, people of ijaw decent and benin. U can find them all in Rivers state. Rivers state is probably the most diverse state in Nigeria in terms of ethnicity. Okrika is one of the 3 ijaw tribes in Rivers state that occupies 3 local governments areas. Yes u can find some ijaw people speaking igbo, mostly the ndoki dialect of the igbo language but that's just due to the close proximity between them and other neighbouring speaking igbo local governments. Intermarriage, migration, between different ethnicities of close proximity are bound to happen, acculturation may also occur in the process, its normal, like what is happening to bonny and opopo currently. As an ijaw man i don't even consider people from opopo and bonny ijaws again, cos they are far gone. They bear ijaw names but speak igbo language, that's acculturation working at its finest due to igbo being a larger ethnic group than ijaw. My point is when u see an igbo community in d midst of another ethnic group don't be surprised, its just normal, we live in a very diverse country. I also recently found out that there's an ijaw local government in ondo state, there are ijaw communities in Lagos, And also there is an ijaw community in Cameroon called Okrika.

@@Bishop_Six You wrote well however, the vision of Nnaa Mehn and many Igbos today is to unite all Igbo groups together seeing the high rate of Igbo denial around Igbo communities outside the SE. The Nigerian environment has been very harsh on us which led many to begin to tow that misleading path. Igbos and Ijaws(especially Eastern Ijaws) share a lot of history together and if we all together will allow wisdom to prevail, would have joined hands together to fight for our people together in the Nigerian jungle but unfortunately, our enemies got the better of us and planted seeds of distrust, commotion and division. Today our people are divided while our enemies milk the resources of our land. That said, there are communities in the Okrika axis that were actually Igbo communities but have had their names changed by those who allowed our collective enemies to use them in doing the dirty things they did in the late 60s. The truth is that most of the communities East of the Okrika Island we're a melting pot of different ethnic groups comprising the Igbos, Ijaws, Andonis and other Central Delta languages with Igbo being the most popular. Most of those communities had the Igbos their killed and silenced during the Biafran war. Today, Ijaws claim all those communities which is not true. I'm talking about communities in Ogu/Bolo LGA. That was the route many hinterland Igbo traders used to go to Bonny in those days. Today, many people will say it was only Igbo slaves that led Bonny into speaking Igbo which is a big lie. The point is that today many Igbos are seeking to connect all our people together and restore their pride which was suppressed ever since after the war. I believe also that we can have a reconciliation among all aggrieved groups in the Old Eastern region. If we fail to do this, only our enemies will continue to enjoy the wealth of our land as we all continue to lose out.

Thanks you My brother for your good work for igbo people, please let them know that this is just a creation of state for development and we'll being of the people, but now zero good life there now, no road, no light and hospital. So, in creating new state, some part of the villages or local government from different states and different tribe are joining together to make up a state, like in kogi state now but this can not make a Man to denying theirs tribe and themselves too, because when fish denying water where will the fish helper come from in the time of danger? I am ashame, it's igbos people in nageria are the people that are denying theirs tribe and language because of creation of state, you will see somebody speaking igbo language, he or she will tell you that he/ she is speaking delta, agbor, Ika, ibuzor, useruku, aniocha, kogi, bayasa, river state, cross river, Benue, what ashame. Since governor of Benue state continue saying that the Fulani from other countries in Africa are coming to nageria to kill people, did you hear any of country he mentioned president come out and denying that they are not Fulani people, even nageria Fulani protecting them, then what is the problem of igbo people in nageria denying themselves. Here Europe, anytime Fulani people from others Africa country heard us talking anything bad about nageria Fulani, they will attack us, they told us that they are one but their language is different from nageria Fulani and this is how they unit together and control all Africa country now. Those igbo people that denying theirs igbo tribe need to think well. I thank this nsuka man for not denying his igbos tribe and language and said that he is speaking kogi state not igbo like some people do, I laughed with respect. There's never a time nageria government or igbo people or leaders from Anambra, Enugu, ebony, imo and abia state makes laws or said that only people inside the five state are igbo people. Come to western world and tell them that you igbo person, you will see respect, they will start calling you business man and hard working man. Our igbos leaders need to organizing football competition for our igbos youth in Enugu state, so that our youth can come from the state or area they are and represent and present themselves as igbo tribe from river state, delta, Benue, kogi, cross river, Edo and bayasa, let all the igbo youth in all the different states organize themselves both boys and girls and talk to their leaders and lovers of igbos people unit there for this unit competition football, for our boys and girls, let looks into this program, every igbo lovers is needed please. Indigenous Igboland remains Igboland. No matter how many State creation Abrakadabra they do. The Nigeria Fulani Caliphate and their British colonial masters think they can use these mischievous political state creations to disorganized and snatch indigenous Igbolands. Very mistaken. We do not believe in all these instrument of land grab using the state creation. Mischievous political state creation means nothing to the authenticity of Indigenous Igbolands.
