last boulder was too much imo. Downward jumps are banned for a reason, this sideways jump onto the tiny foot was pushing it.

Wow I have never seen Naïmé climb before, what a sensational performance! France is on fire with these two 😊 And Oceania manhandling W4 just boggled my mind. That foot adjustment before the final jump, I enjoyed that a lot.

The last boulder is dumb af. Jump on a no text slab with a volume protruding out? Lets just hurt our athletes

@@mdegtiarevit's a cool move in concept and is one thing as a climb in general, but in a setting where they are being rushed to go all in it just seems headless dangerous for no reason. His complaint is perfectly valid. Also don't be a dick he can absolutely complain about something like that

@@willster2967 The ability to get the top literally two seconds before the buzzer is what professional climbers impress me the most. So I assume they know how to deal with "rush". I'm curious why nobody even tried to solve it statically.

@@mdegtiarev the foot hold before the jump is probably terrible , forcing you to jump from it instead of standing on it statically

janja will participate in innsbruck. She is already qualified and is focussing on the olympics, so training comes first before world cups :)

Loved the commentary and just as always this was great climbing, but man, that last problem...not digging it. It`s almost as if they wanted to get the climbers hurt intentionally. At least the jump was very dangerous.

Really appreciate how Alex is constantly moving the conversation away from talking about "braids" or "socks in shoes" and back to the incredible athletic performance these women are showing.
