For the record... this was shot on Memorial Day. I was not playing hooky from work when my boss called :)
Great video , what a great plane .. Nicely done .. whats the final approach speed for the RV-10 ??
I try to be around 100kts or so on final and by the time I’m 1/2 mile out I’ll slow to about 75
@@FlyingThe10 Ok , on the Cirrus I fly it about 90kts on the approach and cross the fence at 78kts . Very nice IFR platform you have there .
Do you still control the throttle during the APPCH while on autopilot?
Yes, throttle prop and mixture
