Kolluru Venkata Srikanth, who hails from Bapatla in Andhra Pradesh, topped the UPSC IFoS examination 2022. Srikanth was not able to clear the prelims in the previous attempt. His love for nature has made him take up the Indian Forest Services.
Born and brought up in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh Srikanth obtained his school education from his native place only. He graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiv Nadar University in the year 2019. However his passion for civil services exam led him to prepare for Indian Forest Service Exam. However his journey was not smooth he has to face ups and downs during preparation yet he did not loose his courage.
