I am a Senior citizen. I remembered how I did my final interview in the year 1982. It was really tough and challenging. I really I did well in interview but I could not succeed. But it helped me to get through my Probationary Officer in my First attempt selecting in a famous nationalised Bank. My both Premelinary and Final exam was very tough. I am happy showing this type of educative series it will be definitely help for the students who is very much interested to pursue for IAS exam. Thanks a lot for the Showing this type of videos.

At 18:50 interviewer sir asked about 2 wheeler electric vehicles. After aditya’s answer Sir said wrong that is Tesla. Tesla is not making 2 wheelers they only manufacture 4 wheelers. Aditya’s answer of ola electric was correct.

One great observation is that for whatever question or parts of question he was unaware or not sure, he stated it explicitly. That’s the confidence and the necessity to avoid beating around the bush.

Honesty is the character which exist in ethics subject and on exam paper only.

He has amazing clarity in whatever he answered and very quick to answer also to say he doesn't know the answer, some questions came as surprising for him but he maintained his posture and confidence to not letting it show in his answers.

Surprisingly he couldn't answer well on a simple question about Ghandhi ji..even its in ncert 12th class. Sorry to say but i feel now a days people are being selected on their performance in written exams.They prepare some questions for written examination and thats it.Their vision on various topics is being shrinking.

So we can clearly see he was the leader of the poors And this is how he attract that much masses of indiaa by his simplicity.
