Not choosing a location because they can not run 25% nitro is a bad rule. If they are really "pro" drivers then they certainly can adapt to this within 5 months

This also means that there won't ever be another IFMAR nitro worlds in most EFRA countries. So all nitro events will end up at the same two or three tracks respectively.

Suggesting pro drivers can adapt isn't the point. As a side effect of the EU restricting sales of general products containing explosive substances, nitro fuels with more than 16% nitro are effectively banned in a lot of EU countries. This doesn't affect the rest of the world. The official rules state that at world championships up to 25% nitro fuels can be used. To change that rule so the world championships can visit one track in the EU, you would have convince all the drivers in the USA, Japan, Australia, Africa, Thailand, Brazil, etc. to stop using the fuels they can run everywhere else, and to convince engine manufacturers to redesign their engines to get the best performance out of them on the lower nitro fuel. Or the rest of the world can just say no, we are happy with what we already have and go elsewhere.

In europe people seem to di fine with the same engines. Europe and america are the biggest regions. The rest are just side regions. So excluding a lot of european countries to ever hold another WC is not the way forward.
