Ingredients and preparation:
1-1.2 kg pork loin
8-10 cloves of garlic
The zest of 1 lemon
80-100 ml olive oil
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1-2 tsp rosemary
About 70g pancetta (you can also use bacon)
Salt
Black pepper
For the sauce:
2 tbsp parsley
Juice of ½ lemon
Black pepper
A pinch of salt
5-6 potatoes
2 tablespoons parsley
2-3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onions
Salt
Black pepper
vegetable oil

Calgary Alberta CANADA. WOW, that looks delicious! My grandparents were from Austria. They spoke what was referred to as German. I recognize some of the words in your postings as being what I heard as a child. Like lecker. And sometimes other words, like kartoffel (potato) und 'mit shlag'. I was too shy to learn the language because when I tried to say something everybody laughed at my accent. I wish now they hadn't laughed or I hadn't been so shy! Danke for your recipes. 🎉
