//WHO AM I?
I'm Wick and I am a reseller for a living. I find things at garage sales, thrift stores, and even clearance at retail stores to sell. I do online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, and buy locally. While the majority of my business is done through Amazon FBA, I also sell on eBay or anywhere else I can flip the junk that I find.
I also trade stocks and futures, do affiliate marketing, and Merch by Amazon to make money online. My goal is to live a free life away from the typical 9-5 job.
Subscribe and join me on my adventures to see what I can find to make some dollars.

//FAQ
Q: What Apps do you use to sell online (eBay and Amazon)?
A: I search the eBay sold and completed listings to get an idea of what products are selling for. I use the Amazon Seller App to scan for FBA.
Q: Can you make a living selling online?
A: Yes, the difficulty is based on how much effort you put in and how much you need to make each month. I do this full time.
Q: Where do you find your clearance products to resell?
A: Literally everywhere. Check end caps and look for clearance aisles, but mostly it will be mixed in. Ask a manager if there's any good clearance deals and build a relationship if possible.
Q: Do you make a full-time living selling online?
A: I do. All my bills are covered, I'm able to save a good amount, and put money back into the business. I also do other things to make money, but reselling is the meat. It takes a lot of work and dedication to make a full-time living reselling.
Please like, comment, and subscribe! It keeps me motivated and happy. Thanks :D

    Couple weeks ago I got a tool for irrigation repair that lets you operate the system remotely. Paid $10, sold the next day for $950. Earlier this summer I walked up to a g-sale and saw a whole table covered in like new Hilti cordless tools. Bought everything for $150, about a dozen tools with batts/chargers and each one sold in the $150-450 range, and everything was sold within a few days.

    My best garage sale find was my daughter’s house❤️we went to a sale and the house/property were very overgrown and dirty….but the bones were sooo good. We asked if they were moving/selling…they said yes,but haven’t gotten on the market yet. We gave them an offer and they accepted👍🏻5 yrs later and the house/property are beautiful❤️worth over double what we paid🎉

    My best garage sale finds so far this year are a brailler machine ($5 to 284) and a Kohler faucet, new in damaged box ($3 to $220). I also found a bunch of vintage Star Wars figures and that was awesome but I paid up ($200. I then decided I didn't want to process it all so I did a quick flip for $500.)

    I love that you take a good, thorough look. That’s how I am. Haven’t been able to hit many sales this year. But I did find a huge Waterford crystal apothecary jar for $5 at a thrift store. I plan to keep it so I haven’t dug too deep on comp sales, but I see some listed around $500. Best buy ever was at a garage sale. A guy had a bunch of pots n pans in a steamer trunk. I wasn’t interested in the pots but asked if he wanted to sell the trunk. He said $50 so I bought it. I just thought it was neat. It was filthy so I started cleaning it and an LV logo began to appear. I was so green, I didn’t know anything about the history Louis Vuitton, including the fact that he started out making steamer trunks. It wasn’t in the best shape, but I did end up selling it years later for $1,200.

    Thanks for the video! I have had already three sales on eBay for almost two months. The weird thing was a Johnny Was tunic. I was really surprised by its resell value. If it was not for eBay I wouldn't have given it a second look even. On the contrary, what I think is really good and in brand new condition, does not sell for the moment. I am patient and persistent for the moment, though, and I am still learning.

    Hey, just curious how often do you go through all of your listings on eBay to make sure that they are currently listed because we all know eBay takes things down without telling you but I was just curious to see how often you do an inventory check and what do you do with the things that you decide aren’t worth it to sell anymore? Do you have a yard sale? Do you go to the flea market, or do you just donate it?

  • @FlippingJunk

    @FlippingJunk

    14 күн бұрын

    I go through maybe twice a year. Most things I just leave on eBay and lower the price. Once listed, I don't see any reason to remove them since I've put in the effort and time to list already. I just lower the price to get my money back or what I can back. I'm considering selling at a flea market or having a garage sale to remove a lot of stuff I have no intention of listing. Sometimes I donate stuff to the church thrift stores also.

    I haven't really done anything with my store, so I'm probably not the one to make a video. I just list items. If you're referring to opening an eBay account, you can open one just like any other place. They have limits on how many items you can list starting out, though.

    eBay has a ton of tutorials that you can watch for free. I’ve been on again off again for years, depending on what life throws at me…. I will say that I see a lot of people either diversifying and using multiple platforms or just leaving eBay for other platforms altogether.
