anyone know the tune in the background?

WHAT A JOKE. I HAVE BEEN IGNORED FOR 3 MONTHS FOR A COMPLAINT My pregnant wife, toddler and I arrived at our VRBO in March only to find cameras all over the apartment, including looking over the bed. Spoke with VRBO immediately and they told me that it was against their policy and I should leave. I had to scramble to find a hotel last minute. VRBO has ignored every email since then and refuses to refund me. Appalling policies and disregard for our terrible experience.

I also will never use VRBO again. The host canceled our reservation an hour before we were supposed to check in and we were stranded without a place to stay. The VRBO agent did help us find another place and told us that they would reimburse us for the extra cost. That was August 3rd. It is now December 12! I've called multiple times and they said it would be coming. Nothing. I emailed and got an auto-responder saying that they don't monitor their inbox anymore. I will be posting negative reviews for them EVERYWHERE!

This commercial is comical, Vrbo has to have the worst support team ever. Not only was it a long wait to reach someone, but they left us stranded with zero answers for 4 days.
