If You're an INFJ - WATCH THIS | INFJ Mantra

These Daily Mantras will help INFJs feel a sense of understanding, belonging, confidence and happiness. Say these daily and choose three that resonate with you most. Say them for the rest of the day.
Affirmations/Mantras work best when the individual using them believes the statement. In addition, moving your body and using a powerful voice tonality makes them more effective. Finally, take action, because action is the evidence that what you are saying is true.

I think I have finally realized that I hate being an INFJ. Life is so hard - and I'm the one making it hard. I can fix others but it's hard fixing myself.

I'm sorry you're struggling ❤ but if it makes you feel any better, it actually WILL get better… and it will be worth it a trillion fold. I feel as if every INFJ goes through this phase once they realize how complex they are. It's disheartening because we genuinely mean well and work hard but yet we never really fit in and most things have always been harder for us in comparison to others but we never knew WHY. We are authentic and intense about everything and that scares, triggers, those who live by cultural norms and traditions because it's all they have. The INFJ remorse lays in the irony of who we are and how it's affected us for the worst- how open minded & understanding we are of others but yet we are constantly misunderstood and miatreaded, how compassionate we are vs how little compassion others give us, how we value harmony & connectedness vs the existential isolation we’ve grappled with since childhood etc. We each thought we were alone in this experience but it gets better once we realize there are others like us!! I found so much solace and healing in connecting with other INFJ’s online. I usually get the best outcomes when I google search my current thought with the keywords “reddit” and “infj” lol. I hope this ramble helps you somehow. You deserve so much love!

It helps me! Just recently I managed to get through a really tough transition and I landed on my feet in spades. I have mixed emotions about it because I’m still alone but it’s a new beginning. If I can settle my heart I know there’s infinite potential. Thank you for the encouraging words dear one. It’s the calm after the storm

Trying to help peep who don't want your help leads to burnout. You're not alone. What INFJs Think They Want: 🤝 Meaningful Connections: You crave intimacy and understanding in your relationships. 🌟 Idealistic Goals: You're driven by a sense of purpose and want to make a difference. 🏆 Recognition and Validation: You want to feel seen and appreciated for your unique insights. 🛠 Perfection and Order: You seek harmony and detest chaos, desiring a structured environment. 🌿 Solitude for Reflection: You need time alone to recharge and maintain your mental and emotional balance. What INFJs Actually Need: ⚖ Balanced Relationships: You need supportive connections that also allow for space to avoid emotional burnout. 🧭 Practical Steps Towards Goals: You need to ground your aspirations in reality with realistic, achievable plans. 🌈 Internal Validation: You need to cultivate self-acceptance and inner confidence, reducing your reliance on external validation. 🌱 Flexibility and Adaptability: You need to embrace changes and imperfections, as perfectionism can be paralyzing. 🕰 Engaging with the Present: You need to practice mindfulness and presence to fully enjoy your experiences. As an INFJ, understanding the difference between what you think you want and what you actually need can be a powerful step towards personal growth and fulfillment. Remember to balance your ideals with practical self-care and embrace the beauty of the present moment.

Thank you for sharing, the root of struggle for me is often perfectionism. When INFJs have such a powerful insight it feels real, and while this insight isn't yet infront of our eyes it feels like its a matter of time before this insight will be infront of our eyes. With inferior extraverted sensing, we're not in reality so its easier to miss reality which often is more comforting than our incredible insights. This can lead to perfectionism, and I realise even if i reach the top level of something, id still feel like I need to push harder because i'm not at the top level of something else. From one INFJ to another, I think and can almost guarantee that you're doing great in life. I bet if another type knew what we do, they would realise that we're great.

Hello. I hope you don't mind me bringing to your attention that while reading the Bible on my own, I've found that it never once says that Jesus is God. If you look for a plain scripture where Jesus says, "I am God," you will not find it. Nor will you find anyone saying "Jesus is God." The vast majority of churches in the world teach that Jesus is God, which according to my recent discoveries, is a doctrine based solely on interpretation. That's very dangerous, especially since God says he will not share his praise and glory with another (Psalm 42:8). Remember, this is Satan's kingdom we're in right now, and I believe this is the enemies booby trap under the church waiting to go off at judgment. Look at 2 Peter 1:1-3... "just as there will be false teachers among you, who will subtly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them... many will follow their shameful ways, and because of them the way of truth will be spoken evil of... they will exploit you with false arguments and twisted doctrine." "Denying the Master," how? As shown above, by taking the glory and praise due to God and placing it upon his Son, and exhalting him as God when he's a man like you and me, who has the same God and Father as you and me (John 4:22, John 17:3). To say again, detracting from the work of who and what Jesus is and did, which is his rightful glory, and putting God's glory as Father and creator on Jesus. This worship is causing the Son to eclipse the Father. Jesus never said "I am God." We shouldn't put words in his mouth.

Omg. First of all I love this! Second, it’s hilarious some of the stuff: “I am capable of revealing myself to others at a slow and steady pace.” It reads like a guide to managing my trauma responses - and I’m guessing all our trauma responses. 😂. Seriously tho I really enjoyed this and wrote almost all of them down.

I squealed at that exact part hahah ahhh the trauma responses are so real! The lifelong abuse and consistent gaslighting really disoriented my idea of what “normal” conversations are like… the fear of the other person misunderstanding and mistreating me made me do weird things ahhg. It compelled me to overexplaina if my life depended on it (because that's what my body felt like) which always led to me awkwardly oversharing my lore to every person I spoke with. I thought I was talking about my life just like others do lol I quickly realized most people don't relate and therefore I was actually trauma dumping lololol. We live and we learn ❤

❤ beautiful Jay. I am an INFJ. I must not rescue. I am formidable. I am intimidating. I am a master at synthesis and integration. I must understand. As I grow into maturity, I stand in my own sovereignty. I unnerve people who then 'report me' for dropping their mask. But one thing I do know. The Universe works with me. I am born under a lucky star. I have hawk eyes. I brilliant memory. I see the snakes hidden in the grass. I can pull the world to me and it follows. I must learn not to seek validation, it is my weakness as it comes from those who cannot understand me. I am an INFJ and I am 1 in 100. Listen and you will hear the weaving of poetry, emotion and deep contemplation never heard by you before. I am in fact, way ahead of you, simply waiting for you to catch up. Wise and loving people know this and know how special you are. Trust yourself. Let it out and shock the world. Your purpose in life is to destroy the status quo.😊😊

Thanks a lot✨ I would like your opinion, I met a woman that I really like and I would like to try to go further but there is a problem. Obviously I have no problem with everyone's beliefs but my love of betterment and improvement but above all of the strength of wanting something and going in the direction of obtaining it means that I am in conflict with its passivity in its potential. Indeed, like each of us, I deeply believe that everyone can improve as much as they want. But she thinks that God will bring the perfect man directly to her. I asked her what if she had to improve for a man, what would she do and she says he will have to love her the way she is otherwise it just won't be the right one. And obviously this answer does not suit me, this fate cannot follow me in my projects and everything. So I would like to ask you, according to you and your experience. Should I try again to discuss it with her or should I give up and move on with my life? Thanks✨

Hint: she does not have to improve for a man. She is correct in saying that the Lord will bring to her the man who’ll love her for who she is. From the bible: But with God all things are possible~Matthew 19:26

Well it's correct in this perception of things. If God brings her that man then YES, all will be okay. And she is probably correct. Only problem is that I think in this life, we must move as strong as we want to get what we want and I trust God has always give to us what we need. All is already a gift so go get or stay still. That's my opinion no grief. Thanks for your answer mate✨@@artistocracy

Of all your videos, I think this one is a bit exaggerated and maybe even ridiculous. I mean, the INFJ personality is not that amazing. It has many flaws, and I don't think the personality comes close to any kind of perfection, as most people think, but the interest in it is mostly there because it's rare.

I think you're misunderstanding the video? This is supposed to be a self help guide for INFJs, because we're so used to supporting to others, but refuse to keep any positive affirmations for ourselves. Accepting ourselves for who we are isn't easy IMO. I'm still in therapy for it.

Note to myself- What INFJs Think They Want: 🤝 Meaningful Connections: You crave intimacy and understanding in your relationships. What INFJs Actually Need: ⚖ Balanced Relationships: You require supportive connections that also allow for space to avoid emotional burnout. As an INFJ, understanding the difference between what you think you want and what you actually require can be a powerful step towards personal growth and fulfillment. Remember to balance your ideals with practical self-care and embrace the beauty of the present moment.
