    Hustle isn’t one size fits all! Most importantly, try to avoid impulsive decisions, but stay mindful that mistakes happen. Take a breather, encourage yourself, and keep it pushing. We got this.

    I am 19 Yr old .. everyday its like pressure on my shoulder is increasing due to the heavy loads I am facing. I also have many dreams and goals..but either procrastination or boredom takes it away. I don't have that much friends cause i don't trust anyone. Like one of your quotes really hit me hard ..."F#ck breaks....You had a long break at the past few years...Get up...and Grind...."👍

    I totally understand what you're feeling. To be frank, as a man, that pressure is only going to keep increasing as you grow older. But that's fine because we also get stronger as time passes as long as we constantly improve ourselves. I'll definitely be posting way more videos to share more of my stories to hopefully address those problems, so do stick around and look out for them! But in the mean time, don't be so hard on yourself if things doesn't turn out the way you want. Give yourself some time, improve yourself bit by bit, and one day, you'll be happy at how far you've come. Keep going my friend!

    @@TousouCaveman Yeah Thanks brother...i know it is a man's life..i always chant in my mind like i am man it's normal whenever something bad happens...so yeah i am getting used to it..And nowadays its like i don't react to conflicts or while someone argues...but yeah maybe if i do this at this early age..maybe after 4-5 Years i might be happy right...

    @@avinashvchand1899 I can't promise you that you'll be happy as I don't know much about your situation. And it's not that being a man brings bad things to you. There are many things to it, but one of the key traits of being a man, is having the ability to handle pressure and stress - to maintain mental clarity and provide a solution. Basically, to be a stone pillar to those around you - to be able to confidently stand there and tell those around you that everything is okay. On a separate note, if you want to be happy, it's more of finding what's your purpose in life. It gives you fulfilment in your everyday life as we naturally feel happy when we're chasing something.

    Thank you so much for this video. It felt like a slap in the face to stop being a coward and turning to games as an escape to reality. I used to be the self-improvement girlie that I was, but for some reason all of it was stopped and I've been living in mediocrity for 4 years now; health declining at 20 years of age! I'm ready to get back my old self :)

    Those words carry so much weight "Take Action ". You really put everything into perspective for me. I've been working on improving myself in these past weeks even though I haven't taken a day off on what I'm working towards I feel like I'm not doing enough and this video made me realize that. I need to do extra-ordinary things to get extra-ordinary results.

    imma be real tho, some of the best memories I had were in 17-20 years old. I would like to have been grinding but like i was just busy having fun. I do understand the need to compound, but I think theres a balance to be had, especially if you're younger.

  • @TousouCaveman

    @TousouCaveman

    You're totally right! I have many fond memories when I was at that age too, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I think you've said it really well too. It's all about balance. We can have fun. I myself recommend that too. It really depends on which we prioritize more that'll make us happy. If we want to achieve exceptionality, we have to tip the scale more towards it. If we prioritize having fun, we tip the scale towards it at the expense of being good at something. If we balance it, we'll have fun and also be able to achieve above average results, but not exceptionality.

    Once again a very insightful video Tousou! I especially like the idea about defining a personalized purpose, reminds me a lot of the takeaways from Man's Search for Meaning. While it ultimately boils down to taking action. It is usually the why behind those actions that fuels consistent action.

    Thank you Leslie! Yeah! Many people thinks that a purpose in life has to be something huge and grand, but in reality, it can be something simple just so that it can act as a compass in one's life. That direction is what gives people fulfilment in life. Agree with you! Which is why we have to constantly remind ourselves why we do what we do.

    I don't agree with this video. You don't have to be perfect. It's ok! You are not losing your time, no one is. You can stop comparing yourself. You can play videogames, anime as long as you want, you don't need to know exactly what you want to do. You don't need a HUGE reason to be alive. You already are. You are already special because we all are. Don't fall into eternal productivity. Don't fall into nothingness and don't let pleasure distract you.
