A delicious main dish recipe that will make your tables look stylish 👍
Necessary materials
6 medium sized potatoes
olive oil (45 ml)
Salt and pepper powder as desired
For the filling:
Minced meat (400 g)
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 grated tomato
Chili peppers, black pepper, cumin, thyme and salt
For sauce:
1 tablespoon tomato paste (45 g)
1 glass of water. (200ml)
For the above:
Grated cheddar cheese
1st cooking: 30 minutes in the oven at 220 °C.
2nd cooking: 15-20 minutes in the oven at 220 °C.
