Interesting content. Is it still advisable to leave idle money in a savings account at an average interest rate of 0.85%? I want a better way to diversify my portfolio and with current inflation, crypto gain taxes are no joke. I also have to ask, due to the current crash in stock prices, housing, and the financial market in general, I would like to know the most efficient way to make my money work for me without falling due to market fluctuations as we are in a bear market. Any tips?

If you start a business, you have to pay employees and services, and that eats your money. 🥲

With the way the economy is now, I don’t know that putting money into “high interest/investments” accounts is the best.. I will pay off the rest of my debt and have some money on hand for now. 👍

Normally I hate the ads within content, but Mint is awesome. Just know though for 12 months, they say $180, but it will be $202.19 after fees etc. Still WAY, WAY lower than anything else out there.

I have saved up some money, but I am using a part of it as an emergency fund and another part to invest in myself/my craft (Skillshare/Editor for my novel/Cover design). I hope to save up enough in 2023 to move out comfortably and work for myself through my art and writing projects :)

I know that talking to elderly for comfort is someone’s side hustle! People pay $200 for you to call their grandparents for a hour’s time, when they cannot make time for them. I think you already know cuddling is a job lol

First video I've seen of yours and you got my attention right off the bad with good audio, proper editing and nice scenery changes and even your camera angle adjustments. I dig your methods. The info was helpful as well. Ill be watching more for sure!

If you do. DRIP function in your Roth, your dividends are automatically used to purchase more of the same fund without even a trade fee. Your investments are basically on auto-pilot. If you only pick EFTs (exchange traded funds) that pay dividends, your money grows even faster.

We paid off our house that we've been in for 36 yrs but have a home equity loan that is bigger than the original mortgage (which was a fraction of what mortgages are today). That payment along with taxes is still under $600/month.
