I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key. Yep great question and that’s always the one - where would you rather be if you have an option. Personally I’m always invested aside from a small emergency fund. Financial-market for me seem the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued almost $1.4m in gains since 2020 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe! . Just know the risk you're comfortable with . Mistake is expensive

Ngl I've literally been thinking about market turbulence for 1 year now and most people wouldn't know what to do because this is the first bear market for them, hitting an all time high and now so many losses they might even scream, but then have you tried to consult a cfa to establish a diversification plan adapted to your portfolio? Basically, I just made my first $100,000 in a time of high Fed pivots, you should consider investing in mutual funds like Vanguard, Schwabs, or Fidelity. Crypto is also good because the returns are quite high, but to be on the safe side. Choose stock-based mutual funds

My biggest regret was not investing into Bitcoin when my friend introduced me to Bitcoin in 2014

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VCORPINVEST* , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

Saw his VladTV interviews and thought his rags to riches story was compelling. Then stumbled upon this video and the numbers don’t pencil. Broke between 25-30 and managed to tuck away 5k/yr. Started investing 25k as a 30 year old and had over 1m sitting in the bank by 33. He mentioned either he was saving much more than 5k in his 20s or his return was significantly more than 30% a year. Still something crazy had to have happened. A windfall of some sort like a high leveraged high risk situation that went his way. He’s probably as wealthy as he says but numbers and the story doesn’t work out. Best of luck to all of us trying to make it.

karateflix Listen to the interviews and his other videos. Kicked drug addiction at 25. Got a job as a car salesman and tucked away money. Didn’t start investing until he was 30. “Broke” to me is making above average salary and after all living expenses are only saving about 10%. Let’s say his take home was 50k/year which would be way above average back then. Saving $5k a year is very reasonable. The thing that makes me scratch my head is how he turned $25k into over $1m in just 3 years.

There is one thing I have learned in recent months it is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investment in cryptocurrency. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. thast reminds me of Nicole Ann Sabin, i had an increased exposure on how to navigate the market while copying her trades. it rare to see a Financial advisor who is so transparent to the point of sharing her strategies. I racked up in profits $558,405 from $185k capital in august last year to be exact on my portfolio using her trade signals. I watched a news interview on where she featured during an IPO and spoke proficiently, caught only her name and did a search later online. she's quite a genius in trading and portfolio diversification.

Has got to be Stocks but of course, you have to be well informed on the right ones or better still, get a pro to handle it for you (that way, you save time and minimise risks). Made my first million this way earlier this year. One more thing, one can wake you up by 2am to complain about a leaking pipe, the other can't.

Got any recommendations for me? Turned 19 a few days ago. I'm a supervisor at a grocery store making about 15 dollars an hour full time (even working on some weekends and holidays) trying to pile away as much cash as possible. Haden Sorter Now is definitely not the time to invest in real estate. You should start a side business as he suggests and start putting money away. When you get enough, years down the road that's when you start with real estate if I have learned this correctly

I have been trading for about 6 months and now just about every trade slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points. I try to do top down analysis and MTF analysis. It doesn't work for me. I say to myself clearly I'm in 90% that lose money, so I open demo account do my analysis then take the opposite of what I would normally take ( I Know, it sounds crazy but I was desperate) and get the same results feeling hopeless.

I think I'm blessed because if not I wouldn't have met someone who is as spectacular as expert Mrs Lucy Mary Liam

just stack 20-30k for 1-2 years then go in a second world countries with big economies growing like romania. you could buy a 20-30 year old 2 rooms apartment for 30k , invest like 10k in renovating it then rent it until prices go up , because the economy is growing 5% every year in 5 years your house value will grow by 20-25 %, add the rent to that and you've made 20-30 thousand dollars profit just by renting and exploiting the growing economy.

I'd suggest you get into trading forex. It's a great source of income and best of it all you're doing it online. I agree with this video you can turn $5k to $1M but not in real estate. Well i trade Forex for a living. I make 12k per month. Couldn't be happier

Caden Fore yeah self taught and now making a living off forex. Best thing ever! Basically you need to get a software/algo and automate your trades, infact that's the only way it works.

You know they do put a lot of pressure on you got to have it now! So thank you for showing that no it pays to put a little bit on the side and save up in more than one way!
