📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
30ml (2tbsp) Cooking oil
8g (3tsp) Matcha powder
40ml (3tbsp) Milk
50g (6tbsp) Cake flour
3 Egg
3ml (1/2tsp) Lemon juice
50g (5tbsp) Sugar
100g Mascarpone cheese
6g (2tsp) Matcha powder
250ml (1cup) Whipping cream/heavy cream
45g (4tbsp) Sugar
cake pan size 28x28cm
150°C (300°F) bake for 30 minutes
refrigerate at least for 1 hour

It is simply flour, all purpose flour, nothing special, in Germany we call ist Type 405.

It seems like not surprisingly, I'm going to need rather more than three eggs. I'm guessing something green would probably be a start. Feels like a more honest title would be "If you have a whole crap-ton of ingredients, many of them like matcha powder being quite obscure for an average American or European kitchen, make this".
