Recipe and ingredients
Recipe 1
00:00 Cut 2 potatoes.
00:31 Add potatoes to the pan.
00:35 Pour 600 ml of water into the pan.
00:43 Cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
00:53 Mash the potatoes.
01:03 Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
01:05 Add 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter.
01:19 Cornstarch 3 tbsp.
01:27 mix well.
01:42 Roll the mashed potatoes into balls and then flatten them.
02:22 Add the mozzarella cheese and form into clumps.
03:19 Fry in olive oil for 3 minutes.
03:29 Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Fry until golden brown.

Now that is a delicious dish when you don't have much. My mother needed this dish in the days we didnt have much. We always had potatoes and maybe no meat. Looks deliciously wonderful and easy to feed a family. Good job....

Corn starch gives some hold to mashed potatoes. Could also use eggs to hold mashed potatoes shape. Sometimes gram flour is added to hold shape, but very little should be used, like a teaspoon.

I like the recipe, thank you. I intend to try it using sweet potatoes and chick pea flour. But I have to add that the only way I can watch videos like this is on double speed. When I have watched you cut up one potato, I can figure out how to cut the other two.
