This is amazing! I'd love to give it a try. But most of us foreigners who come to Japan, if we ever get the chance to come to Fukuoka/Hakata, we will ususally focus our ramen attentions onto tonkotsu, not shoyu joints.

自分は、福岡生まれです。幼い頃からラーメンと言えは、とんこつラーメンでした。 小学生の頃に、ある日、土曜日のお昼に友達の家で、インスタントラーメンのラ王・しょうゆラーメンを初めて食べた時に、衝撃を受けたのを覚えてます。しょうゆラーメンって、めちゃくちゃ美味しいな！と、福岡の人は、しょうゆ好きなんで、しょうゆラーメンはかなりありだと思います。最近は福岡もとんこつラーメン屋以外のラーメン屋も増えてるみたいです。
