The best thing about internet is that you get stuff like this for free. I found Andy’s show during the covid times and he has changed my mentality for the better and helped me to stop feeling sorry for myself. His book on mental toughness is real and if you’re feeling low, 75 hard is your light in the tunnel, just give it a go and watch your mentality shift.

I quickly wrote this down: "As entrepreneur we are actively choosing to walk the unbeaten path, actively choosing to do a life that most of our friends, family, most people are never going to understand. They'll attack you for it. Saying you think you better than everybody, what more do you need, remember where you came from etc. The amount of negativity that comes from doing things outside the norms of society as an entrepreneur is really hard to deal with and so you have to be prepared to deal with it. But, not only deal with it but learn how to leverage it"

I had a hard time when I first heard the way Andy spoke but was able to listen to the message and completed 75 hard. I had no support or encouragement doing it and my family hated it because I wasn’t drinking and on a road trip had to stop all the time because I was drinking so much water. After I completed it I looked back and saw. I really overcame obstacles. You are a dynamic duo. I’ll be saving this episode and replaying it many times.

Thanks two of our role models for sharing and teaching their entrepreneurial success behind the scenes. Mental toughness is vital in life. Through hardship and difficulties, we find ourselves more capable and tough than we believe or even imagine that makes us love ourselves and believe in ourselves more. I love what you said that great people are not running by the societal program. They color outside the line and they leverage the dark energy and they are more open to new ideas and perspectives and they are taking bigger purpose outside themselves and leaving a legacy and making a difference in the world that’s actually our higher purpose in life. Thank you😍

I love how raw ed is with his guests ( / dear friends) in his interviews. he says "listen to me" while telling Andy that he needs to enjoy his success more ect. it is so powerful as a listener. he means every word and it is spoken from his heart.

@@EdMylettShow I did Ed!! Just hearing you two talk about the truth behind entrepreneurship, that it is hard, it is a major commitment that’s extremely gruelling yet equally rewarding and when Andy said leveraging the negative energy, that was a very unique perspective that can be an essential tool in the box! I’ve been slugging away for 7 years now. 💪🏼🐺♠️

Ed I appreciate this podcast I’m the unreasonable one that’s changing my family forever & it’s a life long task that only a few sign up for but it’s all worth it & its super difficult. I also been in business for 25 years tons of losses some wins but overall I couldn’t stop helping people if I tried.

ED , you were one of the first speakers i started listening to when i started running after a motorcycle accident in 2021, i did 1,000 miles that year. Today i just finished 7 miles listening to this entire podcast and Your way of speaking to whoever the guest is is STILL amazing and brings an energy of purity in the way they reply it really comes across heavy on the mind and pushes me to do more, so thank you. BOTH of you are real af; no pun intended

Been listening to you for about a year now Ed. Every person you’ve had on your podcast I may not have heard of I think oh I’ll just try it and see but as I start listening, I’m completely taken by how it actually is speaking to me when I never would have thought I had anything in common with you or your guest to learn anything from and I’m actually hanging on every word.

Man, this was gold and in God timing. I definitely “run hot” and in my 20s this definitely got me in a lot of trouble but as a business owner and where I’m at in my life now (35) I am 100% OK with “running hot” I’ve got a business to run employees to build up 3 boys to raise and a wife to provide for. I love Andy, but I’m trying to quit cussing myself lol so listening to him not too well so this podcast was perfect
