You're right, this isn't specifically our Only Boys Aloud choir. As well as working with teenage boys, we work with a much broader range of young people across Wales as part of The Aloud Charity. We think it's important to engage with anyone who loves to sing. Hopefully projects like this inspire children and teenagers to join a choir in the future, or just to have fun with singing. Why is this presented on the OBA channel, implying it is OBA when clearly it is not. Soccer stadium arm waving and jigging around is not what I expected to see when I got a subscriber notification of an OBA upload.

I'm in my late 70s and won't be around when the shit really hits the fan, but these children will be. I have two grandchildren. They, and all children, are being left a Climate bomb that us 'adults' for the past 50 years have done sweet FA to fight against Climate Change.

I'm also in my late 70s and I strongly disagree what what you write. And before you go into orbit I'm totally commited to stopping waste and saving energy. It is not our generation who walk around with permanent stoops, eyes glued to mobile phones. We do not have a bedroom full of electronic gadgets that use electricity as though it's going out of fashion. Nor is it our generation who live on fast food takeaways served up in an endless mountain of plastic and cardboard, and three layers of wrapping. I never had a family taxi to take me to school or to any of my hobbies, my school was three miles away and I can count on my fingers the number of times I did NOT walk to and from school, regardless of the weather. We never had Plastic straws, we had paper ones. We never had Plastic bottles for everything, we had Glass and it was returned clean and re-cycled, why? Because we paid a deposit on the glass so we wanted the money back. When did you last see a beer bottle returned to get the deposit back? Today they're either smashed in the street or dumped in someone's garden. Walk down any high street at weekend and count the number of take-away containers thrown on the pavement, many of them with most of the food uneaten. The only thing I will conceed is that Our Generation, who grew up still suffering the privations of WW2, are guilty of giving our children more material freedom than we ever had. How many people did you know in the early 1950s who had a dishwasher? Not even Pubs had them. That is the root cause of what is wrong with society today, the society who want every concievable new gadget, with no consideration or interest in what the long-term effect will be.

Kinda sorta absolutely destroyed the concept of ONLY BOYS Aloud 🤬
