Quick fluffy and juicy cake - Today there is a very tasty quick cake. This recipe is great when you really don't have time. Simply put all the ingredients in the bowl, stir for 1 minute, add a few berries and nuts over the cake and the cake can go in the oven. The berries make the cake fruity and with the nut crust the cake tastes particularly delicious! Happy baking!

1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
100 ml sunflower oil
1 packet of vanilla sugar
200 grams of flour
8 grams of baking powder

100 g chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp sugar
25 grams of butter
optional: powdered sugar

Thank you for the recipe. I always break eggs in a separate bowl in case there’s any blood or cracked shells. Very nice music that wasn’t overly loud or distracting.

auch andere neutrale Öle wie Raps- oder Keimöl, ansonsten Butter, aber dann die Menge etwas anpassen 👍
