Kai trespassing is debatable with the fact that the caves aren't private property or government authorized, the dragon was also about to attack the Ninja, so again animal abuse is debatable, and while disturbing a shipwreck site is illegal, since the ship was just discovered, not private property and isn't owned by anyone, again it's somewhat debatable on the trespassing

Basically, if Ninjago's law enforcement thought like Harumi did, the Ninja would be in prison for the rest of their lives.

Honestly, Kai is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. He was the worst when it came to using/controlling his abilities, even though it never made a lot of sense. He grew up in a blacksmith's shop. He should be aware of what fire can do. Considering that they commit most of their crimes as a team, that compilation could probably a lot shorter.

I take it you’ve seen the videos from Rob’s Media. Certainly is a creative subversion to make your own with the Ninja all getting charged with crimes of their own. Although, I’d apply the “ends justify the means” to most of these since they were meant for stopping those who had broken the law prior. You charging Lloyd for wearing green (Garmadon’s ordinance in “Hunted”) was hilarious.

We not gonna mention that Nya destroyed both the cursed realm and Djinjago with all the people in it, most of which being innocent(at least the ones in Djinjago anyway).

In all fairness, the one with the giant beetle was self-defense. And in Kai's defense, I feel like I could somewhat excuse the second time, since he was aiming for the villain's helicopter, but even then, that would have possibly caused more damage if he didn't miss. Like what if it went out of control and crashed in the prison? Could possibly be charged not just with arson, but also property damage, and murder. That first case of arson, he blew up Cole's motorbike, so that can definitely qualify should Cole choose to press charges. The shipwreck, which we learn is the Destiny's Bounty, most likely isn't government property. In the case of the first child endangerment, didn't Lloyd just willfully walk into an area of combat? Unless putting him in a barrel was the qualifying factor. True, Jay, Cole, and Zane assaulted Kai. Lucky for them, Kai chose not to press charges. Jay crashing into a billboard, that was an accident, as accidental damage is not a crime. He is legally required to repair/pay for damages though. Jay falling through the roof (twice) in Possession, I blame weak construction. In terms of assaulting Kraig, hard to tell if he actually qualifies as an animal. Do yetis count as animals? Actually, that bit where he kicked Kai in anger, that can technically be aggravated assault. Zane's second case of assault (since he was one of the three that assaulted Kai), that one was just by accident. Actually, all he did was accidentally toss an egg on some kid, which may cause some burning. First case of graverobbing, does it really count if it's some ancient artifact that, at the time, was not under government surveillance? Meanwhile in "Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu", Zane was tricked into thinking he was someone else. As far as everyone smuggling weapons into his dad's home, I mean, they're lucky Cole's dad didn't press charges. Lloyd charged for wearing green is one of the dumbest laws ever and I don't know why it's a thing. Nya's charge for chemical warfare... she should be lucky none of them, especially her brother pressed charges.

I like the fact that they literally hold Pythor a literal Snake that is capable to eat Animals or Humans that are at least as tall as himself (I just say his dead tribe) in jail and don't put any effort to make sure that he doesn't kill someone i mean in that one fight in Crystalized Pythor could easily bite Kai and thus killing him (if Kai wouldn't be able to defend himself of course)
