Fun fact if someone cares: This song was a battle between two legendary Indian singers, Manna Dey (master of Indian classical) & Kishore Kumar (king of mainstream bollywood playback) in a movie, while trying to impress a woman. Manna Dey very reluctantly accepted defeat, even though it was scripted for the movie, he knew that Indian classical was his forte and this song is based on classical. That's why the singer here is intentionally making his voice crack the end, where he loses the singing battle (Manna Dey) and Kishore Kumar sings the last part, coming out victorious.

Song: Ek Chatur naar Movie: Padosan (The Neighbour) In the comedy movie, there is an epic battle between two singers across their balcony, a classical and a pop/contemporary (1968) for winning over a woman. That's why the guy keeps switching accents while singing. It was the most fun song in our childhoods and every time it played my friends and siblings used to assume the role of different parties in the song video. Brilliant rendition by Andre.

AA, your covers/remixes/notsurewhattocallthem are just so creative and well executed that words fail me This song is originally farcical in nature and this singer is already putting his spin on it by turning it into a medley of sorts... It straddles a wide range of vocals, tempos and genres... To take that and so seamlessly add a rock guitar to it, which on paper should be completely incongruous... Well, that's just genius

Andre antunes and Nachiket are both Great! Man, I am very amazed by Indian culture, the way nachiket sang, the complexity, Others has no Idea how hard that was. I don't know, I am South East Asian but somehow attracted to indian Culture/Food/Beliefs. Somehow it feels "Familiar". Thanks man for sharing this! Kudos to you both!
