Lol yea actually siri has different answers on questions like "can I call you Alexa" On some devices she gets mad at you and some she stays calm she mostly stays calm in the new apple devices. So yea..

That’s not actually why it’s because the main part of the name “iPhone” is the i part which sounds the same as eye. One of the main parts of the eye is the iris and so that’s why they flipped it around and made it the name of their assistant because they were smart and used a part of the eye for the iPhone.

I've heard creepy stories about Alexa, not Google though, maybe I should look them up... The Siri ones were more just her being unhelpful and misunderstanding and bringing up the wrong things or answering questions in programmed creepy ways.

Alexa’s the one to worry about if you ask me- however, the Google search engine does track the sites you go on. (If you want a safer search engine try DuckDuckGo, it doesn’t track anything. As for home assistants, they’re all at least a little bit sketchy)

I saw a guy making an experiment where he'd sit in front of his computer, without opening google, and talk about an unusual topic for him: dog toys (he didn't even have a dog). Then he opened different sites in google chorme, and he got pet toys adds. Creepy or creepier? Google is always listening
