A lot of the crimes Mr. Incredible committed (specifically when he's trying to escape from Syndrome or protect his family from Syndrome or the mind-controlled supers) he shouldn't he charged for, as all of the above, he was acting in self-defense or trying to escape. You don't charge someone with Battery when they punch their kidnapper to get away

I don’t think Sulley should have gotten a child abduction charge. He never intended to kidnap Boo and he actually tried to take her back to her home right away. Although he could be nailed with a child endangerment charge for taking her to an unsafe factory

he could become culprit of hiding a human that, as much as Monstropolis knew, was dangerous AND especially of banishing Randall without presenting his role to CDA

Yeah, the boy is a bit of a overzealous fan, following him wherever he goes, and that said boy wanted to be Mr. Incredible's sidekick, though his inventions/gadgets may not save him from anything/everything that could end him.
1:36 actually the opposite occurred, the only thing the boss was doing at the company was scamming people out of insurance money, all Bob did was actually give financial help, basically what insurance does
Concidering that doing superhero work is illegal, this could be considered as being comparable to Practicing law without a license, but doing hero work without permission or something similar to that

Love to see heroes getting charged now. Now that season 2 of Monsters at Work is over, you should update the charges of Randall Boggs and Johnny Worthington
Bob: Did I do something illegal? Animated Courtroom: *Y* *E* *S*
OK... since Mike and Sulley as a collective are hiding Boo, who in the monster world is a fugitive, wouldn't they also be charged with aiding and abetting a fugitive?
2:48 actually the assaulting police was Frozone
3:35 Bob Parr will also pay to repair those walls.
I want *If Shrek Were Charged For Their Crimes*
Hold on... Incrediboy was trespassing inside someone else's car... surely Bob had the right to throw him out, let alone eject him out of the car.
10:59 Interesting that you're charging the supers separately, considering the judge would just pardon them all at the end of each case.
This channel could benefit from a discord server were we could all debate as a community wether said character could be charged for said crime or crimes

Love how Elasticgirl & Mr. Incredible get about the same amount of time in jail with only their fines being different.
@Blackprofilesmatter
27 күн бұрын
They both got pardoned
In the case of Mike, he threw the sock at one of the CDA, which to the monster world at the time would be toxic, so you could nail him with a officer assault charge. Plus, he then immediately fled from the CDA, which could be considered resisting arrest. However, Roz then allows them to go free as a government cover-up for helping in the arrest of Waternoose, so Mike and Sully get a pardon.
Heroes are now being charged. Can't wait to see how crazy things get when the heroes are finally charged for their crimes.
1:36 Technically, this is legal. Bob is just giving the lady the insurance she needs. Minor antagonist, Gilbert Huph, would be at fault since he is committing Breach of Contract for the Malpractice by not giving the insurance/letting his employees give the customers insurance.

8:42 sorry Sully, but that scene is funny.😂
5:02 That was very clearly self-defense
1:34 I don't have much knowledge about it, but even the boss said that it wasn't illegal.
I’m pretty sure Bob killed the guy he threw into the water and the guy he threw the rock at. That would be two counts of second degree murder. In the original version of Mike and Sully escaping the restaurant before the events of 9/11, the restaurant exploded instead of a force field. Sully caused that to happen, so he would have to pay to replace it, which I would estimate to be 30 million dollars since it is a fine dining restaurant.
@theowilds3778
28 күн бұрын
Unless I'm mistaken, he(Mr. Incredible) also threw a big chunk of that railcar at the gate, injuring two guards in the process, which you might also count of 2 second degree murders for him to be charged with.
You also need to count for the drill charges that it technically destroyed the part of the city hall, so mr. Bob would get a property destruction charge.

3:28 it's Actually Attempted Involuntary Manslaughter, As Mr.Incredible Didn't Want to Cause Any Likelihood of Death nor Plan For it
would the first charge for mr incredible be considered self defense since buddy was trespassing in his car
5:04 I’d say self-defense because he was trying to escape in order to protect himself and his family. This also goes for other crimes, as most of them were self-defense.
He was actually helping the woman with her insurance and she had full coverage if any one is to be charged for insurance fraud its his boss who wants his employees to swindle the people paying them for their coverage and being denied the money for their coverage that little pest had a lot of bad karma coming.
4:20 i think that those guards are most likely dead, same with 4:26
Shouldn’t Mike and Sully be pardon? Because they both stop Randall and Waternoose from extracting screams from human children like Boo and The Board of Directors of monsters Inc. put them in charge meaning they chose them to be the new replacement and bosses of monsters Inc..
@Josue_S_6411
27 күн бұрын
Also, it was discovered that the children weren't toxic, so the monsters weren't really in danger.
@markwilson4078
24 күн бұрын
That only drops the charges in Monsters Inc, not Monsters U. So unless you can find evidence those charges would also be dropped, the 7 years plus fine from Monsters U would still stand.
10:33 I don’t know if I would personally charge trespassing towards him, I mean I guess technically it is but he was trying to get Boo to her door, plus Randall was on their trail so how else could he get to her door?
5:57 You forgot Grand Theft Auto as that van was not his. But didn't the government clear them of all charges thanks to taking out Syndrom?
13:03 don't you think it was abit much? she was getting the hang of motorcycle
@benmcauley8872
28 күн бұрын
um actually she once owned a mohawk so this is not her first time driving a motorbike 🤓
0:10 but also he trespassed into Bob's car
I would charge Mr.Incredible with property damage and trespassing on the jewelry store, and yes fleeing and assaulting a police officer. Although that assaulting the police was in self defense because the cop seemed unstable and tried to shoot Frozone. And they just rescued several people from a burning building which was about to collapse on them, so I would take some charges off for that.
im dude when eastigirl did that it was after the super heros were pardoned so that charge can be droped
Mr. Animated Courtroom; Sully did not abduct Boo, she kind of followed him to the monster world and Sully was trying to hide her from other monsters until it was safe for him to return her home and he was kind of the big teddy bear to her, because Randall was the monster that scared her so much that she no longer felt safe in her own room. I do not get why they pair off Randall with a 3 year old when he is more the sort of monster for a 12 year old to be afraid of.
I'm not really a fan of heroes being charged. But hey, these videos are still really good
Well, that's ironic.
You forgot to include Oozma Kappa's illegal field trip to Monsters, Inc.
2:51 freezing people is deadly, your honor.

0:48 Objection! Mr. Incredible needed a better lawyer. Anyone flailing like that has clearly regretted their decision!
Waiting for this one for a long time awesome job Also as somebody who loves and knows a lot about trains, I just want to say it’s absolutely ridiculous to lift a F unit and an E unit😂
Wouldn't it count as grand theft auto and aircraft piracy or something like that when they took the robot carrier and rv?
You should probably start your If Heroes were charged for their crimes.(Only the ones, you think they did something illegal or illegal-like)
Did sully really kidnap that child? Technically she went with him on her own will
Most of these charges for incredibles would be invalid because they either result from attempting to save someone(good Samaritan law I believe?), or are against a hostile paramilitary group that is actively trying to kill him/his family/others
11:53 she was about to be shot, that was self-defense. What, do you want her to be shot?
