Anyone saying anything against j***ry ends up receiving summons. Leave alone reform , in a particular bridge collapse case where more than 150 people died ,the bar association refused to fight a case. Is this not dereliction of duty. But no., Absolutely no action. Imagine if the same had happened in any other profession. The same judiciary would have started complaining of dereliction and negligence and given the harshest punishment

The biggest problem plaguing Indian economy is reforming contract and ownership law - part of judiciary reforms. We can’t rely on families for managing businesses. For a stranger to trust the system and invest in our economy, there has to be confidence in the law and that nobody is going to occupy your property.

We are 16 retired scientists E of Central Silk Board fighting for our pension issue against Govt order since 2016. We won in CAT, and Hon. High Court Bangalore. The case is pending in Singapore Court since last two years. Til date hearing of the case is pending. Two of our colleagues died and the widows are fighting their case. We are all in advanced age. This is Indian Judiciary. BJP should have taken early step to reforming Indian Judiciary. to stop unnecessary sufferings for inordinate delay where justice is denied! Who cares?

My dear politics doesn't work like this bjp still doesn't has enough majority to target judicial structure don't you remember recently when Kiran rijiju was working for our benefit and questioning up CJI what Kiran was doing was right but bjp had to remove him as he was making up tougher times for bjp making the CJI go against BJP You need to understand my friend the single major problem of the judiciary is the nepotism in itself and it will take some time cause many of our own people think that judiciary is God and always correct while the reality stands miles away from this

To improve the judiciary, we first have to modernise the lower courts ' infrastructure... The infrastructure of High Courts of each state may be modern and decent enough... But that of lower courts sucks... The decent infra will be helpful in making the process smoother and will also expand the scope of digitization of some of the procedures...

I read somewhere that there is a case filed in Supreme court, on validity of reservation since in constitution it was planned for 10 yrs. This case will be soon put up for hearing and CJI will be leading the bench hearing the case . Hoping for positive outcome

Yes. I was thinking this for quite simetime. Jusicial reform is the need of the hour. Not only in civil cases but also in criminal justice. If anh one does a criminal activity after 14 to 25 days he comes out with bail and fo another crime and this goes on and on and on. This has to be addressed.. If we could able to put a criminal behinf bars for a serious crime, he will be out of the activity for a quote long time.And when he comes out after his jail term, either he has to change or he will have a fear that he will go back to jail for another 10 year..

I belong to corporate field Previously my dad was too a corporate guy The basic difference between us at his time NPA (Non -performing Asset) was around 56%-59% And in todays date it is around 12%-15% As people earning from investment so able to pay the loans Because people got the value which they deserve not exploited I means they get a reasonable value of salary And International opportunities are getting opened because of integration of proper tax , Accounting and Audit methodology Rather than any party who just busy in giving loans to those who don’t even know a basic finance and many cases of scams , Tax evasion and other activities occurs I am not against any party I basically support that party should increases ease of business and most importantly Purchasing power parity If someone not able to understand dude study now you are involved in those things which literally will make you a useless product So enlighten you skills keep your belief , old rules aside and fulfill what current world demand

simplifying and managing clear and essential rules improves the startup economy in india not to mention the stress on quality of products and manufacturer's responsiblity towards consumer's intrest. Strict and essential rules that fit the modern standards while protecting being mindful towards nature is important

Lots of Lawyers are running their livelihood by keeping the cases open forever. Many times cases are inherited from father to son and so on. How are you going to reform the judiciary? It will be very uphill task for sure.

It appears that this is such a monumental task that it will create only more bureaucracy to solve old problems which was an issue to begin with.....but we got to start somewhere and the sooner the better

I have been telling the same thing to my friends when they ask me what sectors I would fix if I have the power. Its just the police and judiciary system, once you fix that, people have a means to fix everything else.

At present, the judicial system has neither justice not efficiency.

There's tremendous progress on the infrastructure development and many lanes roads network around states of Bharat. Humble request to start campaign (all social media platforms) on driving awareness and vehicle safety plus proper keeping of it. Once road network is good more traffic will be there and could lead dust pollution too with heat of asphalt. One more project to create green corridor around the road network to balance the situation. Below the flyovers normally all kind of dumping needs to look after too 1a Keep working to make better nation 🙏

One day many of small shops would disappear and they would increase nombers of unemployment. All of shopkeeper are semi unemployed type position at this moment. And all of us would be irrelevant when we cross 45+ age wheather in any sectors in the future because our population is massive. Make me correct.

So a couple of years ago,my district court got a brand new building,loads of computers and other required things,but it still lacks in delivering particularly because of the attitude of government officials, judiciary officials and judges themselves,so lack of infrastructure in lower courts can't be the only reason.

Why are the courts closed in summer! Are only the courts feel heat and sultry in summer, despite working from air conditioned atmosphere!

The Two wheelers and four wheelers are getting expensive because of the BS6 & BS6 II engines which govt. has mandated in all the vehicles for 20% ethanol blending. Because these companies have to create completely new engines compaitable with BS6 & BS6 II norms and regulations. Developing new engines comes with huge R&D cost which ultimately consumer has to bear. Ethanol blending will help India to reduce it's depence on Crude (which is majorly imported) and also it will help in saving the environment and empowering Indian farmers.

After demonitization which was brought in Oct 2016. In March 2017 the FM said no effect on economy.. From where they got this data. Within a span of 4 months. And if the economic survey needs to be published the data is needed a month before that. What was FM implying then that they had all the efficiency to collect nation wide data in 3 months. During 1990 we had to just say "open sesame" and nothing more and the economy improved but now that magic is over. Now we have to say " Hard work, technology, financial management, infrastructure development, better industrialization, startups etc.. (etc.. is for converting up my ignorance) Sesame" . So now we need better endowed persons in crucial positions, better feedback, timely correction and of course hard work. Our labour force must understand that this is as PM points out "Amritkaal" and help the country by hard, efficiency and selfless effort (asking for a miracle?). Corruption has to be eradicated, come what may. People have thi support anti-corruption drives and even the corrupt have thi understand that money may protect at best a few generations or it can happen the first generation itself whereas the best insurance for the hundredth generation is good governance.

We have nearly 8Cr. Case pending in family court. Both party talk about women empowerment. Law is supporting only one gender. 2022 NCRB reports 1.3 lakhs men committed suicide due to fake case against them. We need gender neutral law and men’s commission.

There is one area where we have the opportunity to transform the famous individual activity into a badly needed GROUP ACTIVITY with a common objective in schools. One excellent example is the South African marimba bands in shcools. We have nothing in comparison. Such an activity can transform our young people to act and work in unison instead of individually. All of the so-called "Asian tigers" have this but we don't. It should be mandatory in shcools.

Every citizen of India should make a sankalp to work like Modiji.

One thing i want to mention is the way BJP government did the marketing of India all over the world like many Marketing strategy "Make in india", Startup India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, and many more was the growth engine to pull foreign investors to invest in india

And worked closely with japan and israel Xina got a 12 year head start over India But ofcourse khangress only wanted to fill their coffers n play appeasement politics Thanks to inefficient and toothless governance... The gap has widened by 3 decades today!

In GIFT city, I think Gujarat govt is using Singapore's judiciary system to fast track cases there.

Judicial Reforms should enable businesses to resolve disputes faster, cheaper and in transparent manner. We need to use technologies like block chain and AI etc on similar lines what we have done in fintech. Government should fund and use startups to speeding up the reforms.

Mediation law should be first option

Chaiwalla and Adani only stole - 10,000,000 crore. Please give some more opportunity. They can be even greater..

When a person on street can easily register case and knows where to go to get justice then the judiciary is functioning else I have seen vegetable vendors selling on streets the policewala comes in the van and asks to give him vegetable without the policewala paying. Where do this vendors on street go to get justice. Poor people

We need one nation one vote

Yeah, there must be serious reforms in the judiciary but but I am against the fact that Govt should be a part of Judiciary. No this will only undermine the structure of Indian Democracy. Debates should happen between judges, lawyers, think tanks, govt. etc. to bring out best reform.

We need education on a large scale, on a good level for everone. We don't need temples, we don't need complicated GST, we dont need "note bandi", we don't need surgical strikes, stop all this. We need educated leaders with foreign work experience, people like Dr. Jaikrishan or Dr. Manmohan Singh.

If there is no sufficient private players to genrate sufiucent jobs then Govt cannot stepout and out from their responsibilty and tell i have nothing to do in business.govt must have to do business and involve in business also if nation have no sufficent private players they must opne several public sectors like nehur did and give employment of poor india people in mid 1960. This is the reason why modi wants to reform judiciary, these people loot the money and due to the current judiciary systems no one can punish them and they are enjoying. To structure the judiciary laws certain laws has to be amended by the constitution and to do that the govt should have maximum support.the opposition parties will never support such bills bcse they never want the country to grow so obviously the present govt should have maximum support and that is why bjp is asking 400+. Such a simple logic you can't understand.
