you'll need a safe and comfortable place where you can act like a child without someone judging you. (i recommend you have a caregiver like your mom or your partner so you won't hurt yourself) and if you are alone you just have to convince yourself that you are a child and you don't have to worry about the world, or if you have a caregiver they can help you to put that mindset. also wear soft clothes and child accessories to help your mindset that you are a child :D you can range your age from 1-3 or any age you're comfortable with hope this helps !

I was once talking to my friends about reality shifting, they said when you’re writing the script you can write in stuff like “1 real minute is 2 years in the dream” so you can have more time to do things in just that one day your shifting.

1 minute in your CR = 2 years in your DR might not be the (definitely isn’t) a healthy choice, you’ll be mentally drained when you shift back. I recommend not doing that and maybe an hour in your CR is 2 hours in your DR.

I just wanna clear something : reallity shifting isn't real, but something DOES happen. It's called lucid dreaming, it's like dreaming but you basically control your dream. Making a script helps lucid dreaming which is why making a script is a good idea

Hello 😟 I’m a reality shifter who’s done research‼️‼️ Anyways serious time No, you do not “sleep” while in your dr but a clone takes over your body and acts just like you and doesn’t do anything that you wouldn’t do. If you “slept” for 4 years then that’d be a coma at that point. No, do *not* script 1 min = 4 years in your dr. It *will* mentally drain you when you come back. I recommend 1 hour = 2 hours. You can shift anywhere whether it’s made up, an anime, shows, doesn’t matter you can and will shift there. That’s it, you may ask me questions if you’d like

stopp dont spread "youll be mentally drained" thats a complete lie and the only reason ppl do feel that way is bc they choose to believe that!! your basically affirming that to yourself. as i said before, i scripted 6 months in my dr = 0.5 sec in my or. i shifted for 1-2 years and came back extremely happy and mentally better.

just to let everyone know, when you shift a clone is left back in your current reality. you won’t be forever sleeping or whatever. a clone is a piece of your subconscious that stays back in this reality to act like you while you shift your actual subconscious in your desired reality. have fun, and happy shifting :)

He wasn't asleep for 4 years. When you reality shift part of your subconscious (a clone) stays and lives your life out while you are gone. A clone wouldn't make any decisions or say anything you wouldn't say either.
