I work a lot with Pallets so it's interesting to see how they are made and that they usually don't disintegrate upon contact, at least when they are built.

Za wcześnie Mateusz , ja miałem już kilka różnych zabiegów i wiem że rekonwalescencja jest najważniejsza , nie ma co się "srać" , poczekaj do przyszłego roku , fani się też nie zesrają , wylecz , przygotuj się i wróć z pełną mocą a na pewno będą mówić do cb Mistrzu . Szybkiego powrotu do pełni sił i powodzenia 💪

This was an unexpected but very cool video!

Brother as long as you focus on your health I think you will be good. However, it's good to always have a plan. I have many eggs in different baskets but only 2 to 3 have the most eggs in them and strongman has the most out of them all. However, like you I have an injury that I am recovering from at the moment. I haven't been focusing on weights as much and been doing more mobility movements around the bones and joints. It may look like I'm not doing much but at the moment it is the best for me. Today is my first time back touching weights for 2 weeks. I mean there was 2 to 3 workout sessions with the weeks but because of my injury it wasn't going accordingly but I worked around the issue. Mainly I gave myself time from everything and focused on other exercises like mental health, less time spent on social media, playing with my kids, staying off technology and getting back to a place where people didn't need much technology in order to live. Technology is a beautiful thing but like your family I would love to have my own space/land and start my own businesses. I'm also waiting for a few job opportunities to fall in place as well but strongman has been my main priority. I wish you a speedy recovery brat! Stay strong, fit and keep grinding.
