@@gergopiroska5749 I think netherrack is actually cobblestone soaked in bIood it’s the same texture but red instead of grey and in early version notch called it bIood stone but this stone already existed, maybe he wasn’t aware and don’t want us to confuse with the actual jewel or because it’s just too violent for the hypersensitive kids public. I’d like to add the fact that netherrack is easier to break as if permanent bIood soaking fragilized it which is gross and I like it

i think there is kind of a sweet spot for how much realism is suitable in minecraft. i enjoy playing with a shader pack and a texture pack that makes the objects look a little better but i wouldn’t want things to be all 4k and realistic physics to apply in the game. realistic sounds would also be a nice addition for my settings

Yeah I usually use depixel which is a texture pack that basically aims to just increase the resolution of the default blocks. Then I use SEUS and that's it.

OK, but imagine if the realism was linked directly to how many hearts you had left. So, at higher or lower health, the more realistic everything was and for each heart of difference it changed the realism settings.

Yes probably if you decide go unhealthy difficult texture and shaders but if you just pick normal shaders it would be fully fine. I run complementary shaders max out on rtx2060 without problem in singleplayer
