If I started over...

I’ve never shared this before. Truthfully, if I could go back in time and impart some wisdom to the younger, naive version of myself who was just getting started on this entrepreneurial journey, these are some nuggets I wish I could have shared. This piece of advice would’ve saved me a ton of headaches and so, I hope this is what you need to hear today…
▪ How to trust the process and timing of everything
▪ What’s your north star?
▪ Math is manifesting
▪ The evil source that pleases your ego, but steals your soul!
▪ You don’t need this to have a really profitable and successful business
▪ Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries!
▪ This mentality keeps me driven and having fun despite the ups and downs
▪ There’s so much value and liberation in releasing this one thing
▪ Be wary of big talkers
▪ You simply can’t please everyone… and that’s okay
▪ Nothing shiny or external will fulfill you
▪ Show up authenticity as YOU
There’s so much more to be said about each lesson above. So, I wanted to break down each point in depth for you.
This was incredibly therapeutic for me and I would love to see what lesson landed for you most, so don’t be shy - I encourage you to share your takeaways in the comments below.

Ok, I’m at about the 12:30 mark and I’m already hearing a lot that applies to me. Don’t do things out of revenge. Things are happening FOR me. Everything, no matter how hard, is meant to push me further on the path to my desires. The people who are meant to see me or my work, will see it. That way I don’t have to worry about if I’m ‘good enough.’ Really fortunate to have found this channel last week!😆☺️

I started crying at, "Being You is a radical act...". I am sensing these truths in my life, and to listen to you articulate them so clearly and concisely makes them sink into my soul. I will be writing notes in my journal! A thousand blessings on your head for learning from the difficult challenges you have had, and turning them into sound counsel for others. Thank you Sunny!

This video was at the top of my home page when I was looking for something to listen to while drinking my morning coffee. I almost scrolled past it, but then I remembered that today is my "day one" of getting back into my work after a long time recovering from burnout, and I realized that a talk on the theme of starting over may be exactly what I need this morning. 🌞 This was motivating to listen to. Thank you for sharing your insights and stories!

Thank you Sunny! 💖 I really liked that term you used "Ego is not my amigo." 😂🥰 I'll be applying this to my life for sure. To be honest with you, everything you said in this video resonated with my spirit. I have been trying to ask others who are further than me in success or their businesses for advice or perspectives however, most of them don't reply back to me or they don't bother giving me much insight. So it's been a hard year and a half for me since becoming an online entrepreneur. However, your videos have been the most impactful in my life so far when it comes to building a business. I actually teared up a few times as I watched this video because I felt like God answered my prayers of needing wisdom, guidance, and advice through you. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this video and to help me and others like me to have a better head start in their businesses (and with self-worth as well.) I love that you are willing to go above and beyond and to be real with us with your messages and to be simple minded as well as authentic in the process. God says "My people perish for a lack of knowledge." (I believe this may be in Proverbs somewhere, sorry I forgot exactly where.) So thank you extremely much for not being afraid to share your story, advice, and perspectives to doing this entrepreneur thing. You have so much purpose and value and I'm grateful to have known about your existence. Thanks for everything, 💗 ~ Miranda Hughes

I’ve had my own business for 20+ years. And it has come with varying levels of success. I still work one day a week for a doctor. One thing that I really resonated with in this video is, set big effing boundaries. Even if you still work full-time or part-time for someone else. I set a huge boundary for my employer, in concrete, covered by granite LOL. The respect that I garner because of that boundary has grown exponentially.

Thanks for sharing Sunny. We are so aligned. You have gotten to this place earlier than me. I was late 30's - early 40's. We share so many similar mindsets, wisdom and pivotal moments. Wearing my hair natural was my first big step to living in my authenticity and burnout taught me to slow down, stop trying to be perfect and please others and find my own definition for success. God bless you. I'm so happy for you and proud of you. Thank you for giving so much. You have the life of a true empath :). When we finally get it we are extremely powerful and go back to help others with little to no ego but purely to help and create a loving environment. I'm so sorry you go through any attacks. You give so much. God's got you and you seem to know you are favored. 😇😊.❤💛🤎🙏🙏🙏

Great video Sunny. Be YOU is truly the best advice. I feel you with the Gucci belt. I take after my mom. My dad used to buy her fancy dresses and she never felt like herself in them so she ultimately cut them up and made her own things with them! Also had my share of trolls on the internet. My solution was to face them with love and now many of them have become my friends and fans. We are all humans on this human journey.

I say all this because I'm way old enough to know. I want to do something too but not sure where or how to start. Not tech savvy at all. There are so many online "shiny gurus" selling their latest deal. So many of them may be doing well but come across phony. I want to help people mostly in my age group who still want to be productive and have their best years ever. I'm north of 65 and the world thinks we are dinosaurs. We are not!!! I will scour your other videos. I actually have no idea what you do but totally identify with everything you shared. You are an awesome example of what "success" looks like. "Ego is not my amigo sometimes" 🙌🏾💯 I don't know about anyone else but I definitely needed to hear this! I'm not going to lie, I started watching this with scepticism (more of an internal projection as a reflection of how I'm perceiving my present situation) but not even a couple mins in and I'm glued to every single word. This is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thanks Sunny! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Your revenge video was the first one I saw on your channel. I hit subscribe because it so resonated with me. I feel like I have something to prove and I don't even know who I'm trying to prove myself too. I just felt driven that I want to succeed. I also want to make a difference in people's life, while I'm also figuring out my own self! I posted my most vulnerable video today and I hope it makes a difference for anyone who views it.

I watched this whole video! Thanks so much for sharing, Sunny 🥺 I’m going through something right now with a person who’s talking a lot but not actually saying anything, and it’s SO HARD to swallow my pride and just understand that he’s not trying to be mean and he thinks he’s helping bc he’s older and successful. This video couldn’t have come at the perfect time 🙏🏾 I also had a hair journey with straightening my hair and finally saying enough is enough, and I haven’t straightened it since Dec 2019 and I feel so proud!!! I used to either go to the salon monthly or flat iron it weekly, so not having done it in that long is a huge deal! There are times where I wonder if your program was actually right for me, but as I continue to work through it and do some self reflection, I’m SO happy either way to be in your circle (if I can say that?!) I have learned so much from you, and no matter what happens, I have no regrets 🥰 Thank you!!!!💕
