9 RULES that grew my online course from 0 to millions

Question for you - do you ever feel like a total imposter? I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have those moments myself. Frankly, I still remember my early days as a struggling solopreneur and the countless failures that got me to where I am today.
I’ve been reflecting about my journey lately and it continues to blow my mind that I’ve been able to grow my business to over 8-figures and serve clients all over the world. Having said that, I truly believe failure is simply feedback and through all of my mistakes, I’ve pinpointed 9 rules that ultimately grew my online course from 0 to millions. So, I thought it would be helpful to share those 9 rules I now live by that I never would’ve known in my early days in today’s video.
These rules should save you a lot of time, energy and money - we could all use that, right?!
Whether you’re at that solopreneur stage or a seasoned entrepreneur, I know these do’s and don’ts will help you get laser focused on the exact steps you need to become a peaceful and profitable entrepreneur.

I think you're great and share helpful information. Thank you. I have to turn off the video and just listen to it however because the constant quick cuts and big graphics are very disorienting to me. I bet there is some good reason you do this like people's short attention spans needing to be stimulated or something. :) Live long and prosper!

Awesome insights! I can't help but notice that most rules revolve around actually getting clearer on who you serve and targeting the right audience and clients (even if the number is smaller). Also, the "Repeat yourself often" is soo true and something I struggled with a lot in the beginning :)

Hey Sunny! This is Tuan from the AA and YT4B! Just love your videos and how impactful they are! Especially these kinds of videos, because these are personal and business advice I implement into my life. Like 1 do not go wide but deep and that truly speaks to quality over quantity and attracting the RIGHT people who will see value in what you do and not focusing on being famous with vanity metrics. I applied that into my life and business as focusing on the 3 factors you laid out in the AA and it's so true! Know your values and who you WANT and can help with the experience you have from your own zero to hero journey. God know how grateful I am for having you as my mentor and role model :) also rule 3 spoke a lot to me and following the content you laid out in the YT4B and AA made me think - yes profitable content educates your cold/warm leads and eventually they will find you as the go to expert and wanna learn/work with you. Just a note hehe, I call write a whole book about the lessons from this video, but you're a busy woman! Back work! Have an amazing day Sunny!

Thank you Sunny for another great video. Yes, I do feel like a total imposter while I'm creating my course. But that is normal for me. I got used to that feeling. I am surprised that you have ever felt like an imposter! I've watched tonnes of your videos in the past years, and I think this is the first time I hear that you felt like an imposter also and that you can't believe that you made such a success. From your fan's perspective, it looks like you have always deserved such a success and now that's only coming to realization. It really helps a lot knowing that you felt the same when you were at the stage I am now. Also, very helpful tip #9 to not take it personally. I kinda knew that, but I didn't see it as a threat so big that it can jeopardize the whole project. I'll be aware of that now. Stay great Sunny, you and your team!

@@SunnyLenarduzzi “Repeat yourself, often” was a lightbulb moment today! For the last few days I’ve been scripting videos for June and I’d repeated a few points across them. I kept taking them out and putting them back in. Then taking them out! But they’re in now and they’re staying in! They’re things people need to hear a few times. I guess I had this vision of someone saying “Oh she said that last week, I’m going to unsubscribe”. But if that’s how they feel, they’re not my ideal client! I also absolutely love “Fail Forward” - I want to print that on a t-shirt! 💪

Thank you for sharing, this is how to egress from mental health awareness month with mindful direction. [Followed up the Four Agreements with Emily Fletcher’s Stress Less, Accomplish More…]. Like the discussion about Ahimsa, Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is something that needs to happen. As eluded here, these are not things one can force. Too much of this is a when the apprentice is ready the master manifests thing I think. Grip strength has to be developed to climb & leg development is needed to get that eggbeater kick.

I’ve found your perspective on the “specific part of their journey” also very useful to continue to anchor into.
