Hey Courtney, I've been watching your series of videos on YT recently and thank you for posting them with all of the great info! However, I'd like to know some more specifics regarding how to put a coaching program together in and of itself. For example, I'd like to know what general info would go in step 1, step 2, step 3 etc. as well as how long a coaching program would or should be. I would appreciate an answer with either a reference/link to a previous video covering this or perhaps creating a new video. Thanks!
