When the Red Death killed the Hideous Zippleback it wasn't intentional due to it targeting Toothless; so instead it would be guilty of manslaughter, and since zipplebacks are technically conjoined twins so it would be two cases of manslaughter.

You could also charge drago bludvist for animal abuse because in the shows he was hunting for the bewilderbeast and abused it all its life and training it only for combat and to kill the other alpha not to mention hits chains on its tusk

Since it is the victors who pass judgement, here meaning the people of berk, this would totally be the case here.

I love how the Death is getting charged here. At least with talking animals, you can make the case that they talk, and probably have morals. No reason to assume the Death isn't just an animal, just charging a wild animal.

Dragons are far from animals in the franchise and are shown as sapient. Still, since she is not human she wouldn't get charged by our laws anyways.

Always love these videos and how you handle them! I especially like how after the declaration of war, the rules change. And Drago is no longer charged for terrorism or property destruction, but instead war crimes. I do want to add, though. That I think Drago should also be charged with Mass poaching (is that a thing?) for taking so many dragons out of the wild and enslaving them through mind control. At least, if we're looking at it from the perspective of the Hooligan tribe. I'd also say Grimmel's first assault charge should be assault with a deadly weapon, as it is a giant and very deadly reptile. Not to mention he also tresspassed on Berk to set the trap

Probably could change Grimmel's murder attempts on Hiccup to Attempted Regicide since Hiccup is the Chief of Berk. Then again Death and Life are similar in nature. For one Death comes sooner rather than later.

the attempted murders during the fight on the shore is technically not valid as they are actively fighting a war on a battlefield and are thus legal. they are soldiers at war with one another because they are under rules of war during that time.

Drago ordering the death of the other Bewilderbeast is regicide, since Valka refered to him as the King of Dragons

interesting detail: the shadows are the only dragons with front facing eyes and their breath attack has both range and explosive power with suggests that they might actually be specialised in hunting other dragons wich would explain why toothless showed both hickup and astrid the red death: he knew they would find a way for him and others to stop the red death for good.

It's weird the first villain is called Death when no part of her body is red, just her lair. OH wait now that I've seen it again I did notice the Red Death has stripe like spot patterns behind it's head.

The Red Death is also responsible for starting an entire war against the Hairy Hooligan tribe where she sacrificed thousands of dragons to be slaughtered by the Vikings of that tribe, which also led to the deaths of hundreds of the Vikings, all because she wanted the dragons to give her food and not bother to get food for herself. There's a scene in the movie where Stoick mentions that "they've killed hundreds of us," referring to the Viking tribe, and Hiccup points out that "we've killed thousands of them!" referring to the dragons. The dragons in this fictional universe are sapient creatures, so they have a full understanding of right and wrong, and the Red Death herself is also shown to be intelligent given how she strategically burned down dozens of ships so the Viking warriors of the tribe wouldn't escape. What makes this even worse is that the Red Death didn't even have to do this in the first place; she could've gotten out of the volcano if she wanted and gotten food for herself, as she could break her wings through the tunnel so she can get to the other side. Instead, she relied on hundreds, if not thousands of smaller dragons, to raid food from the Viking tribe, and sacrificed thousands of her own dragons and hundreds of the Vikings thanks to her own gluttony and selfishness. This is mass enslavement on top of pillaging and mass murder, and would give the Red Death an instant death penalty.

technically when Drago orders his bewilderbeast to kill hiccup by freezing him (in the final battle) Wouldn't hiccup technically be the chief since Drago killed his Father so instead of attempted murder wouldn't it be Attempted Regicide? Edit: also when grimmel orders his dragons to kill Hiccup and the other 7 Hiccup is the king then so it would also be attempted regicide which is a death penalty for anyone wondering

If draggos bewilderbeast kills the kind of the dragons aka Valkas bewilderbeast it would count as the killing of a monarch

The Red Death should have also been charged with intimidation, coercion, false imprisonment, cannibalism and enslavement. Also, any attempt on the lives of dragon riders should be interpreted as attempts on law enforcers. Which from what I understand is punishable by the death penalty.

Not cannibalism, they aren't the same race of dragons, and some dragons probably also prey on other dragons, a feline like a lynx or a lion wouldn't be cannibal for eating a cat

I imagine that in 2, when Drago attempts to kill Hiccup (after he's already killed Stoick, 12:18), that would be a charge of attempted regicide, since Hiccup is the chief upon Stoick's death, even though they haven't had an official ceremony yet. Same with any attempt Grimmel made on Hiccup's life, attempted regicide.

isnt it fun to think about how grimmel claims that they have never seen any thing like him before, when he is correct because he is the weakest villan they ever fought. The red death: Stronger than him, Drago Bloodvist: Stronger than him, Vigo Grimborn: Stronger than him, Ryker: Stronger than him, Jhoajon AKA the trader: Stronger than him, Dager: Stronger than him.

For red death you should also charge them for mutilating hiccup as in past videos if a character is directly caused to be permanently altered it counts as mutilation. Hiccup got severe burns that resulted in the leg getting cut off.
