Because every Hallmark movie follows the same format but has differences. And basically, because they just change the names in each one and change the small things, like different characters along the way. And in this one they made it a musical.

The only thing you missed was the adorable child that's literally smarter than all of the adults, yet nobody believes him/her when he/she insists that Old Sam T. Claus is really Santa.

The Santa plot in every movie NEVER gets resolved!!! This was so accurate!

I know it’s like a “mockery” of hallmark but, the “acting like I’m not acting well” is amazing I love it 😂😂❤❤

I really love that they (apparently, hopefully) hired a local actress to do Kim's singing. Not only is that super sweet but it's got to be incredibly helpful to her financially at the end of a year full of theatre closures. Also, that woman's singing is PHENOMENAL and I absolutely loved listening to it.

Kim lip-synchs better than half the performers on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.

I love the Sam T. Claus thing I almost lost it. Lauren's voice is absolutely beautiful .

I was so excited that Kim was singing. I was like, “Wow, she sounds great. Why hasn’t she sung in a video before?” Then, I watched the end of the video. A little sad that wasn’t really Kim. Your acting made up for it though. Kind of made me think of Ricky Bobby’s “I don’t know what to do with my hands.” We love you guys so much. The whole family watches together.

The acting is spot on! Love how you do the dialogue. Kim, you are great at lip syncing. Loved it.

You were amazing as usual. Both Pen and Lauren Brady have fantastic voices. I could really see Pen singing songs suited to his voice with a popular rock band. Lauren’s voice is amazing. Thank you guys for helping everyone stay sane during these crazy times.

That was fantastic! Then the support for the arts made me tear up. I'm a company member with a Chicago theatre and we are all struggling right now. Not knowing when we'll get to do what we love again hurts so much.

When Kim started singing like an angel I was like, "Dang Penn, You really put your back into the Auto-Tune on this one for Kim! WTG!" (Kim knows she doesn't have a singing gift neither do I. We both wish) When the reveal happened at the end it was a pleasn't surprise. Especially when I just read The Carolina Theater was shutting down for 6 months to try and stay solvent. Great job!
